Got a dress in the mail for my daughter on homecoming. Paid $115 for the dress. The guy wanted $125 to tailor it. Based on the reviews I thought you couldn't put a price on quality. The dress need to be tightened on the top and shortened on the bottom. Got the dress back the day before homecoming and the dress was so short that you could see her butt hanging out the bottom. After a week finally had the chance to go back and talk to the tailor. Showed him the dress and asked if there was anything he could do to fix it. He threw away all the material and said "she can just get a pair of shorts to go under." Really?! I work retail and when a customer has an issue, I try my best to rectify the problem. If I cannot, I compensate the customer for their troubles. So I asked the guy, the top is correct, but the bottom is ruined, how about knocking half the price off. No refunds...noting I can do.
