Falling Off the Bone BBQ and Fish Fry — Restaurant in Delaware

This was not good. The ribs seemed like they were boiled and then covered with sauce. And were still dry. When I see "BBQ" I want food that was actually grilled. The brisket was dry and tough. The worst thing was the mac-n-cheese. If you use eggs in your baked mac and cheese you have to take care that you do it right. Otherwise you end up with cheesy scrambled eggs with macaroni. My only experience was recently at the state fair but it was a good one- my platter tasted like Sunday dinner.
