Pizza Time Dover — Restaurant in Dover

I recently moved back to the area , this use to be my favorite pizza joint but I will NEVER go there again. I had issues with them 3 times within 2 months. 1st time I had an order of about $65 dollars and when I got there they said that I didn't order two cakes when I did bc the person who took my order repeated it on the phone. The owner made me pay for 2 more. The second time I asked for bacon on my pizza and when I picked it up it was only cheese. When I asked about it the owner clearly was offended and was about to catch and attitude so I said w.e. and took it. So today I called and THEIR phone was glitching obviously due to a cheap phone service, I heard an echo when the owner answered then I heard a click and it got dead silent. I said hello and heard nothing still so I hung up. I called back and the owner had a WHOLE attitude and made it seem like I was playing on their phone and b4 I could explain the owner cut me off and asked for my order. I gave him my order and asked for the price. He said $22. When I got there it was $25. No reciept. When I checked the website it looks like they overcharged me like always. I was charged for an XL pizza and I ordered a L. When I left the owner started chasing down a customer bc apparently he didn't pay and he was so worked up that he went into every store next door looking for the person , he clearly looked like he was coked up which makes sense bc he ALWAYS act like this. Anyways I get home and my crust was undercooked and had a mushroom on the pizza. It was obvious bc it was only a cheese pizza.

Recap...Owner obviously has a drug issue. They overcharge on purpose. Pizza quality is horrible. And customer service sucks. They act ghetto as hell but don't deliver to woodside at all. They dont answer BEFORE closing time.. They need new management bc...

I'll never go to this restaurant again! On the 4th on July, I ordered 2 cheesesteaks and a chicken cheese steak and they didn't put mayo, ketchup,friend onions and lettuce on neither. They gave me a dry sandwich! Not only didn't they make my food correctly but they charged me $3 for using my debit card! No where in the restaurant is it a sign to tells you, they will charge you extra if you use a card to pay for your food, they wait until it's time to pay to tell you about the extra charge. If I known it I would've went to the atm while I was waiting on the food to be ready. They're unprofessional and lack integrity! Also I believe I was over charged. I spent almost $50 for 3 cheesesteaks and a pizza! But they do charge you 50 cent extra for everything you put on your sub! ketchup,mayo,lettuce etc. everything is 50 cent! so maybe it was $50 but either way they didn't put everything I paid for on my subs and cheated me out of my money! I never been to a restaurant who charges you for every lil thing you put on your subs in my life but it was the 4th of July and everything was close. I waited over a 1 hour just to get my food so I was ready to go and didn't check my food and I didn't think about what I was charged until I got home and looked at my receipt! I do not recommend ...

Went there with my kids and mother to get lunch. The gentleman working with the glasses was rude instantly as we were trying to decide what we wanted to eat. He rushed us. Then became upset because the total was more the what the menu prices together. He said it was a 3% charge fee because we wanted to use card. So I told my mother I’d pay cash instead. So the gentleman working decided to snatch the papers talking with his hands saying well what are you paying with as if I didn’t just explain it to him. He had zero patience, a terrible and nasty attitude. He was just overall bad for business. I’ve been coming to pizza time since I was 10 with my mother. 3 generations was there today and we had the worst experience yet. The owner would have been disappointed in the way his staff was treating his customers that’s been supporting for so long. I’ve never received this kind of treatment from this establishment as long as I’ve been eating there. I refuse to eat in any establishment where the staff is disrespectful like that.
