Horrible experience. Very unprofessional and horrible communication. They lost my engagement ring first. Took three times the amount of time I was told to get it back. They never called me, i had to call them. Asked to have it resized. Came back and center stone was super loose. Sent away again. Came back marred and nicked up. Was told that's how it had to be done- decision was made by their goldsmith, (but was told by another jeweler and a goldsmith that this is just not true). I was never warned that this would happen or I would have gone elsewhere. They ruined it. Asked them to fix it, but they could only suggest having it "remade" into a totally different ring- at my expense. They charged me full price for messing up my ring, and keeping it three weeks longer than expected. When asked for name of goldsmith (feeling lack of communication being the issue) they refused to tell me. Will never return and will never recommend. Went in and talked to the older lady Gloria about purchasing a bracelet for my daughter, was assured that all jewelry was of the highest quality and was the reason I was paying so much for such a simple item which is fine. Less than a month after gifting the item the clasp broke and I returned to see if they could fix it, after the store refused to pay for the repairs (Which again is also fine) I inquired about a return and before i could even finish my sentence I was being screamed at and told to leave her store or shes calling the cops. THIS IS NOT A JOKE. If you want to see for yourself It doesn't seem to be hard to get this women screaming. Just go in there and question her jewelry's authenticity. Disappointed with service! Got a ring resized smaller...took longer to get my ring back than what I was told when I dropped my ring off. Now a few months later the band is cracked. I called prior to driving to the store and explained time frame of when work was done on my ring and the damage etc. I was told during my phone call “no problem and our work is guaranteed!”After getting to the store I was told they would fix the ring but there would be a cost due to the time since my ring was resized.
