Our computer is stuck in an endless automatic repair cycle. We called yesterday (Nov. 11) and, upon hearing our description of the problem, he said he knew what it was and how to fix it for $60. We dropped it off that day and he looked at it and said it would be done by the next morning. When we picked it up at the appointed time he said it was all fixed and that he had upgraded even upgraded our OS to pro. We were in a hurry so we didn't test it there. When we did finally take a look we quickly noticed that the casing was broken. It looked like he tried to pry it off with a screwdriver or something before noticing the screw cover. A new cover would be another $60+, but at least it's fixed, right? Wrong. Nothing has changed.
