Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Draper

I've been going to this location for over 10 years now and it use to be a good place BUT in the recent year or longer this location has gone WAY down hill. They upped the price on everything but only seem to offer the lowest effort in quality! Every time I order online I seem to get old cold pizza.... they have a pizza portal that does a good job keeping your food warm while waiting for the customer to pick it up but for some reason they NEVER use it and stick my food on a rack that appears to have a heater above it but doesn't seem to keep anything warm except the restaurant and when you express your concern they will argue with you about how that rack keeps it warm but yet my food always seems to be room temperature when left out on the rack. Ordering in person is just as bad... you'll order something simple like a pepperoni pizza and they will make you wait for 10 to 20 min for your order then in that wait time you'll watch 10 different people walk in and order the same thing as you just ordered and they will get it right away! Great deal. Extra most bestest is worth the$1 upgrade. They can't ever seem to cut the pizza symmetrically though, but it works out when some people want a tiny piece and others half the pizza. Not gourmet and limited flavors, but I recommend ordering on the app to get free bread sticks or soda. Update 4/2023 no more app bonuses for a few years sadly. Also, I don't recommend the Utah draper location on 11400S. Ordered ahead on the app for pizza portal pickup. Said it would take 20 minutes. Got there after 20 minutes, waited another 40 in store. They are always a bit slow but this was by far the worst. Best I could get was "we're still working on it" not sure what the problem was but it sounded like they kept making the wrong pizza? It was the pretzel crust with cheese sauce so maybe they made it with tomato sauce? 3 times? I just would have liked to have been given options. After waiting that long with 2 hungry kids I'd have taken anything. I was about to ask for a refund and leave when they finally pulled it out of the oven. Could have made my own pizza...

The service was TERRIBLE. Aman was blatantly rude. I waited an hour to pick up my order (I never did receive it by the way). I sat in the parking lot on the phone on hold for 45 minutes (no one answered). When I went inside, I tried to cancel my order and was told there’s no way to cancel or refund my money. When I held up my phone showing that I was calling for 45 minutes, they told me the Internet “was down” - yet I could clearly see my info on their caller ID. Aman refused to “deal with my attitude” and informed me that I could have my order but they would likely spit in it anyway. I’ve sent in feedback, filled out the survey online, tried calling every day since (still no one answers). I NEVER received my food yet was charged $21.89. I will NEVER support this Draper location again. The dishwasher told me that she’s the only adult in there, babysitting the “kids” because the GM refuses to stay and help past 4pm. She told me they’ve hired underage kids because they can’t even get workers to help. It was a JOKE trying to deal with this...
