O'Reilly Auto Parts — Local services in Drexel

This location is so convenient for me however, today was my last visit to this store. Jimmy, who I understand to be the manager there has the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. He has never once when I've been in there been friendly, very short with every customer that I've heard him deal with including myself and just doesn't seem to want to help anyone.

Auto Zone just up the road from them was the complete opposite and fixed me right up. That's where my business will be going...

Store manager Travis and his crew are fantastic. Specifically, they tracked down a hard to find part, had it delivered the following morning, and provided very useful tips on installation.

And, again, several months later... I went to O'Reilly Auto parts and received incredible service from Anderson and Haley. Hey complex problem...

Dropped by my local O'Reilly to buy 2 headlight bulb to take home to install. As i was paying one of the staff said I'll get these. He walked out and had them installed in minutes. I could have done it (really, I could have!) But that was really nice of him to do it. Small Neighborhood Businesses Support them...
