I purchased both a sauna and a cold plunge from Oli Saunas in December 2024, and while the products themselves are absolutely fantastic, what truly sets this company apart is their unmatched customer service and integrity.

The cold plunge chiller had a couple of challenges early on—something that could have been stressful—but every single time, Gerardo (the owner) personally made sure I was taken care of. He stood behind the product, guided me through solutions, and most importantly, always left me with the confidence that I would never be left hanging. That kind of honesty and dedication is almost impossible to find these days.

This experience has made me realize something very important: do not buy saunas or plunges from faceless online sellers just to save a buck. The peace of mind, the ongoing support, and the relationship you get with Oli Saunas is worth infinitely more than any “discount.”

I am so incredibly thankful to have found Olï saunas!! I was calling around to multiple different companies and could tell immediately that Gerardo and the Olï experience would be exceptional. They were so helpful through the whole process from the design of my wellness deck (Gerardo even came out with a rendering to present to my contractor), to helping us set up our sauna, to every detail in how to care for our sauna and use it. Ordering was seamless and with such a big purchase, we wanted to make sure we used a legitimate company that stands by their products and offers great support. Gerardo and his team are first-class. From the moment I called to understand which sauna would best suit my needs, Gerardo took the time to explain everything in detail—he’s incredibly knowledgeable about the different types, the wood, and the nuances in design, size, and more. While they only carry the highest-quality saunas, there are still important differences to consider.

Safety was a top priority throughout the entire process. Everything was installed in accordance with code, and the team thoroughly reviewed all safety measures to ensure everything was set up correctly.

For a fee, the team assembled the sauna in less than a day. The quality of their work, their friendliness, and their attention to detail—including cleaning up and ensuring the space was pristine—were truly impressive.
