El Pollo Rico Express #7 — Restaurant in Texas

I came by this location earlier in the day. They were not open. I came back around 3:30pm. I ordered two thighs that's all just two thighs. The guy in the back took is time getting my order. When he did he pulled it from a warming box. These were the two smallest thighs I have ever eaten in my 51years on earth. You could tell tge chicken had been around a while. It was dry and some of the worst I have ever had. Will I be back? No NEVER not to this location or any other. Very disrespectful to serve...

The cashier lady is eating and sucking her fingers while she is handling people’s money AND people’s food 🤢 it’s so disgusting. I thought she would turn around and wash her hands before helping the cook but NO she is touching everyone’s food with her grubby hands. She also had bad attitude when I got a refund. Her nails had so much crud underneath too, I took a photo of the receipt of my “refund” that I hope I get back. You can see her hands are so grimy and I am not...

So delicious! The service is wonderful and the food is the best. I recommend getting the whole chicken meal as you are definitely going to want more and it is excellent leftovers. Also the Al Pastor taquitos...
