I am a retired automotive vehicle test engineer so I know vehicles quite well. I was my job to find all of the problems with the test vehicles, report those to the engineering community, and direct the mechanics to make the repairs. One of my biggest pet peeves related to my personal vehicles has been finding a place that #1 - is honest and #2 is priced fairly. Regarding #1. When I take a vehicle somewhere for repairs I usually know exactly what it is that needs repairing. I have had so many establishments tell me I need repairs that aren’t needed. I would take the vehicle in for an engine problem and they would tell me I needed a $600 brake job when I had just replaced all of the brakes myself months before. Of my 20 or so visits to Masters they have NEVER once tried to sell me something I didn’t need. If they found something that needed repairs, it needed repairs. I have had an item they installed wear out while still under warranty and they handle everything. They contacted the manufacturer and got a replacement part at no charge to me. Of course I had to pay for the part swap out but that is fair. Regarding #2, notice how I said priced fairly. What I mean by that is they charge an expected price. I have never had any surprises with them. I don’t think they are over or under priced. They have to make a living and charge fairly for what they do.
Honest work at a fair price are exactly what I want in a vehicle repair facility and they nail both of these and that is tough to find when it comes to auto repair. I am so glad to have found them. Thank...

Professional, friendly and good at what they do.
We had an issue with my muffler that needed fixing. We set up an appointment, dropped off my van the afternoon before, got a call the next morning regarding the repair estimate and it was completed that day. Reasonable price, as well.
If you have a car problem, call them, you...
