My personal experience with Rosy Brothers as a former employee and customer I can say in all honesty there is no family owned business I’ve encountered that works harder for their customers. They operate in a way that puts customer satisfaction above the bar they make deals find rebates everything they can to ensure the best pricing possible and the best service they can offer despite any bad reviews, I’ve personal seen first hand them cut profit to ensure customer satisfaction in certain circumstances. They want customers to just keep coming in no matter for a $2.00 bolt or $75,000 tractor package being a reliable source for the community no matter the task the Roszczewski family goes above and beyond an then alittle farther on top of that. The blood sweat and tears they have put into this company along with the team they’ve built shows that day in and day out before during and after business hours and then goes home to try and have some rest and back at it again. If your experience was anything but top of the line I would strongly suggest re evaluating the situation and going in and getting what I can only say is the most loyal customer service out there even when machines come from other companies for services pricing trade ins finding parts getting contracts in timely fashions the limitations they work under to provide the service they do and come out for the customers best interest is second to none by far they’re are many good dealers for Kubota equipment across the us but non that will go above and beyond like this family. The Bible says it’s better to give then receive and this family gives more than you can imagine. I was blessed to be apart of it definitely stop In to Rosys and see what they...
Read moreI have visited Rosy Brothers many times through the years. I had gotten quotes for new and used tractors more than once. I have an acquaintance who owns a large business and purchases equipment from Rosy Brothers annually. He told me to stop in and give them his name and tell them to take care of me and he was sure they would give me a fair price for a new tractor. I did so, and despite some of the guys working there even knowing of me and me them I did not get a very fair price. I ended up going to another Kubota dealer 20 miles away where I didn’t know anyone and got the same tractor for nearly 10% less. A year later when I realized the new tractor I purchased was a little smaller than I needed I got a quote from Rosy Brothers to do a trade in and upgrade to a new larger tractor and the price I was quoted was not doable. It seems like with every transaction regarding a tractor they are trying to make a couple thousand more than other dealers on the same equipment.
I don’t know the guys at the parts counter and maybe they were just having bad days (as we all do now and then) but the couple times I have used them I am left feeling like being there and waiting on people is the last thing they want to do.
I really want to support my local businesses but Rosy Brothers is not my first choice for tractors despite being 3 miles from my house. I’m pulling for them to do better so I can do more business there!
Feb 2025 update: I was having issues with my tractor and went in and was given some great advice by the guy at the parts/service counter. I bought one item I wanted and one he recommended and lo and behold the tractor started and runs well again. Working with him boosts their review...
