New buyers beware! If you don't know your price points you can possibly be horribly overcharged. Price points for their juices are ok but I have had several issues with them. I have Vaped for almost 5 years and luckily didn't overpay. First, a couple years ago they lost a sale to me because they were overcharging by over 50 dollars for a mod that I literally bought for 50 dollars less at a different vape shop. However, last week I needed more juice and a couple coils and I was told my total for the order was 61 dollars. The juice was 18 dollars for a 60ml which is reasonable, but they were trying to charge 18 dollars per coil which is absolutely absurd and almost 4x the price of coils anywhere else. You can get an entire pack of coils for like 20-22 dollars (I use the Crown III). I was told they were more expensive because the tank was "new". Just be careful, I have never seen someone gouge prices so much. My personal advice? Order ahead of time for way cheaper online. I am all for supporting local vape shops but they will never get another...

Giving this place a 1 star review on the grounds of horrible customer service and a lack of knowledge about their own policies. I went in to buy a vape and spent 100 bucks on a top and a mod. During my transaction the cashier told me that I had 15 days to refund the product. Not once did she specify the terms of a refund. Long story short i had the vape for one week and not only has it burned every coil ive had but it is completly incapable of reading them correctly. I took the vape back to get a refund and after inspecting the vape and agreeing that it wasnt functioning properly the cashier then began to deny me my refund. Like I said she herself inspected the vape and knew it was defective. After denying me my refund i called the store to speak with someone in management and I was informed that this was not possible. She even went as far as to try and sell me even more coils after saying that the requirements for the coils to be effective in the mod didn't matter and it was completly useless. Will not be...

While this store is the only one that carries the hunger consume that is my favorite juice it's rarely in stock. Their inventory leaves a lot to be desired. Smok baby beast coils are extremely popular but very seldom do they carry anything but the low watt M2. The customer service and attitude leaves a lot to be desired as well unless the newer female employee is there. The only reason it got 2 stars instead of 1 is because they carry my favorite juice.
