KFC — Restaurant in Dublin

On June 18th, at 7:15pm, we placed a mobile order for a bucket of chicken, mashed potatoes, macaroni & cheese and coleslaw. The app said it was ready to pick up so we went in and they said it wasn’t ready. They said they had to cook the chicken. We had to wait 10 minutes. They gave us our order all packaged up and the macaroni & cheese wasn’t in there. They had put corn in the bag instead. We notified the manager and she said they were out of macaroni & cheese. We said why didn’t you tell us, but she just ignored us. The corn looked like it was a week old. It was so dried up and tasted terrible! We didn’t see the chicken until we got home and it was nasty. The breading was terrible. It was so greasy and not edible. We tried to call but it went straight to voicemail. The customer service is horrible. We will never eat at this store again. They do not care about the customers! They act as if we are an inconvenience by coming there, instead of welcoming us and appreciating...

Where do I start? I had the worst experience inside of this establishment! I'll give you the short version. There was hair in my 5 tender meal box! The order was remade for me which took 25 minutes only to have hair in my box again😔. They had to explain how they didn't have the items we had just ordered and paid for and we had to take what they had in the warmer. They were out of utensils for the customers and didn't bother to tell us as we ordered for dine in. The staff cursed loud as they talked to each other. The manager on duty was unconcerned about what had just happened to the order. They messed up order after order in the drive through as I stood waiting for my order to get remade. I got a refund but only for the box with the hair in it. Lol when I told the gentlemen and showed him the hair he said that's not my hair. Unorganized!!.. I had a $30 order at the drive thru and they asked me if I would pull for 5 to 7 minutes well they get my order together, it ended up being 2omin. and still no one ever came out, so I calmly went to get my order and I was told part of it still wasn't ready so I requested that they just give me what they had ready and refund me my other money okay now 15 more minutes passed and still no food or money so I requested all of my money back.. They couldn't pull the receipt so I had to walk back to my car to get my receipt and finally I got my money back.. Yes there was horseplay in the area where they should have been preparing and getting orders out..
