Home Outlet — Local services in Dudley

I'll do anything to not go to Home Depot or Lowes which usually means I'm making consessions on price (at the least) but that wasn't my experience.

I was left alone to browse until I had questions, then I was given ample time to ask all my ignorant questions, and all of them were answered. No upselling or condescending BS. He even anticipated some questions and answered them before I asked.

The experience was a welcome departure from what I get at THD, where it's hard to find help... let alone help that can manage to string 2 sentences together.

I'm glad I came to the Home Outlet. I'll definitely be back...

Koryne is the best! She assisted me with my kitchen and was very patient. She designed a gorgeous kitchen!!!! When the cabinets were delivered to our house, it was her day off. She met me (on her day off) and the delivery truck to make sure everything went smoothly. She physically took the cabinets off the truck with Dan, the other manager in New Bedford. I have been using this store for years. I own and flip multiple properties and found that although the selection may not be as extensive as larger stores they have great prices. The reason I keep coming back here is because of the staff. The people who work here really know their supply and how to help. Most recently I worked with a kitchen designer who recommended I check measurements because they did not seem accurate and she was correct!
