Ice Cream Pharm — Restaurant in Dudley

Fantastic ice cream, warm service, and loads of fun. After my brother raving about this place many times we finally had the opportunity to go around thanksgiving, about an hour before closing. Business was slow and we were instantly greeted by the owners. They prompted us to try their specialty thanksgiving ice cream with some lighthearted comments from the owners about whether or not it was good (definitely the best thanksgiving ice cream ive had). We were then asked what we were looking for in an ice cream and were offered tones of fantastic flavors suited to our personal tastes. I ended up falling in love with the apple caramel crumble as it was an upgraded version of the fantastic last few bites of an apple crisp a la mode when they become one amazing unified flavor. After some great conversation we found out that they make everything in store, and it shows! You don't realize how dull regular ice cream flavors are until you have some that are made with actual ingredients. We also found out that they had recently had some problems with management and ice cream making, so if you have been there recently and not had a good experience we were promised that things would be turned around and the already amazing flavors would be improved. The prices are higher than other normal ice cream shops (a small is around $6) but I imagine that due to the fresh ingredients and the man hours that go into making your own ice cream they must charge more. However, they do not scimp out on size, they had a hard time putting a lid on both mine and my brothers cups and (forgive my redundancy) the ice cream is incredible. Horrible!!! And will not go back ,I ask for a simlple Vinilla ice cream cone with sprinkles ,and was told we don't do cones,the server said you can have waffle crumbles in a waffle bowl, so I was fine with that ,and got nothing of the sort got what I would say is Vinilla paste in a paper bowl with about 10 sprinkles on it, not what I ordered and paid for !!! When I asked or said I wanted a waffle bowl with waffle crumble dident really get a response just a shoulder shrug with an attitude , and the server mumbled something what I understood as we are all out of waffles ,ok I guess I'm in the wrong paid but dident get what I ordered and when I gave the server the opportunity to fix there wrong , I got no such thing ,so ok I'll deal with it and just eat what I was served ,I took maybe 3 or 4 bites of the Vinilla paste I was served and had to throw it in the trash , everything was just wrong with it from texture, taste,smell and ice crystals in it I'm guessing just a bad batch ,the prices I thought were fair to moderately high until I got what I got , let me be clear I'm not saying there is a price problem ,but unfortunately this place will not get a second chance with me ,I have no plans on going back and would not recommend this place .the place was very clean in these covid19 times , I do not like wrighting negative reviews by my experience was so...

This is easily the best Ice cream I’ve ever had in my life, and I can see why. They put their heart and souls into each flavor they offer, with the freshest ingredients. Although their prices are higher than the other competition, you can see just looking around that everything is fresh and perfectly homemade. Not to sound corny but you can taste the love in each flavor of ice cream, and I have never gone there and regretted my decision. I walked in today, and they greet me and my brother like we’ve known them for years, and even offered us different flavors custom to what we have liked in the past, and each flavor blew us away. Everything was amazing, from the environment to the ice cream. Definitely recommend...
