We ordered a vanity cabinet from Joe and Sue over at New England Home Cabinetry in Webster, MA. They recommended getting a vanity countertop with Nadia at Imperial Granite! It was, by far, the absolute best advise we ever received! Box store laminates were not even close to being of any aesthetically comparative level next to the superior quality and appearance that a granite countertop exudes. We went to see Nadia and showed her what kind of shower porcelain we were going to be getting. Nadia had an instant eye for matching the porcelain colors to the countertop granite selection in the yard. We were sold on her choice and vision in a matter of minutes! The men in the shop and in the field were extremely knowledgeable, polite and professional. The Imperial Marble and Granite team did a fantastic job on our two bathroom vanities from start to finish. They started the process by gathering our requirements, then sent over a team to create a template. During our initial meeting we picked the granite pieces we liked. After the template, they cut the tops, delivered them on time, installed them and even fixed a drawer in the vanity that none of us realized would be impacted by the installation. In short, they helped us through the process so we could get what we wanted. Once we determined what that was they scheduled everything in a timely fashion and then delivered what they said they would when they said they would. It is the best when a consumer can collaborate with a contractor and get what they want in the agreed upon time frame. I had the countertops and backsplash installed today and I don’t have words to describe how pleased I am! It started with Nadia who did everything possible to accommodate me from design to price and everything in between. The installation went perfect. Nathan was so professional and paid attention to every detail and left the space clean. A small company that does an excellent job and service. I will work with them again and refer them to others. I am updating my review from before for two reasons. 1. On my second payment I was charged a surcharge fee for a credit card processing which is illegal in Ma. 2.
