I wish I could comment on how the food tasted but I never got to try it. Being the first time at this place I did not know their menu and I wanted to make an order to go for about 12 people because I was having a get together at my house. There was a nice gentleman who I believe was a delivery driver that had suggested I get the party size pizza. He had to leave and said someone will assist me. A young girl at the register asked for my order and when I told her I wanted different topping on my pizza she stated she wasn’t aware of how the party size works and that she will need to ask someone in the back to help her. A man came out and asked me what kind of pizza and I told him, so he rang it up then went back to the make the food. I believe he was the cook and the owner (not sure). The girl was still confused on how to ring it up and when she went to the window he yelled at her and told her to do it on the computer and stop asking him questions. The girl was clueless on how to ring up my order (of course because she was not properly trained). I also added chicken wings to my order and wanted them to be assorted flavors; she asked him about that and he yelled at her again. At this point I feel very uncomfortable watching this older man yelling at this young girl and telling her that if she does not know how to do the work then he will find someone that will. The girl is now practically in tears. I sit down and wait for my order which they said would take about a half hour. While I’m sitting there with my cousin We are witnessing another worker getting yelled at for a mistake she did handling another customer. He then fires her and is yelling to her from the back while he is cooking the food. Then there is more commotion and he fired the girl that took my order. We finally get up and request a refund for out money back because the 25 minutes that I was there was nothing but yelling from the cook/owner (or whatever you want to call him) to his employees. Mind you these girls are very young workers. It seemed like a very toxic environment and sad that the customers have to witness employees getting treated with total disrespect. I expressed to the man/owner/cook (whoever he was) the concerns and he did not seem to understand the concept of customer service. I will never...

This place has tanked. Curly fries are mostly shake from the bottom of the bag, and are so overcooked they're hard as rocks. Literally hurt my teeth. Completely inedible. I ordered an italian sub, which is priced at almost $10 and only includes the three meats?! So I paid extra for the normal veggies and hots it SHOULD include, and they barely bothered. Maybe 2-3 of the 8 "extra" ingredients I paid for were halfheartedly added. This is like the 4th or 5th time in a row they've seriously screwed up my order. I tried to give em a chance because they were my fave pizza joint, but I'm done. I'm never going back. You shouldn't bother either.*
ORIGINAL REVIEW;
I frequent this establishment as my regular place. Pretty effin good, especially the well done wings. Sometimes they take too long or mess up, as places do, but they are always polite if you call, and send a free baklava or soda or chips. Customer service is top notch. Their wings are, again, amazing. Pizza is hot and stringy and they're not stingy with the toppings. Subs are heavily filled and delicious. But oh dear god don't order the chicken picatta or chicken marsala. They're absolutely horrid at non-marinara...
Read moreWe usually love this place, but tonight’s experience we won’t be ordering again. My fiancé ordered pizza for him and our 2 young kids. Was told would be delivered in 45–50 minutes. He called when it was a half hour late to be told it was on it way. When it didn’t show up after another half hour he called and was told again it was “on it’s way”, which he responded that’s what he was told a half hour ago so where actually is the pizza? He was met with hostility from whomever answered the phone asking “what did he want them to do about it at this point?” So 2 hours later the pizza finally arrives and he has to check the pizza to make sure we got the right one...which we didn’t so the driver goes to check his car for ours and brings it back and it’s cold. No apologies for how late they were or any explanation. If they had been upfront and said it was really busy and they were sorry it would be understanding, but no need to make the customer feel like they are an inconvenience for calling about...
