After being a customer there for a few years, passing other dispensaries along the way and referring others, won't be back. Witnessed the most unwelcoming and rude person to my adult dtr than ever. It wasn't busy, just her and I in the place at the moment. I was picking up my online order and invited her along. She was at the counter, just scrolling thru their iPad to see what she was going to order and the person checking me out interrupts our exchange to say loudly to her --"Are you going to buy something?" Do you have your ID? " Not even a "Hi" first. All while he is checking my order out-- As if she was doing something wrong or had snuck in and he had to stop our interaction to check her ID, not sure why. After she gave him her ID he didnt say anything to her, just gave it back and ignored her. She didn't buy anything because of that, I wouldn't have either. He made us both feel very unwelcome, don't know what she was doing to deserve the negative exchange. There are so many places that treat people with respect, no reason to buy from a place that treats someone I'm with as if she wasn't welcome or had done something wrong. To the staff that was nice to us as we left and explained what happened, thank you but no one followed up with her as someone said they would. At the least she deserved a follow up from someone to explain why it happened to her, why the unnecessary rudeness she encountered, as it was totally...

As a new Dudley resident, I was so excited to have a dispensary so close and with such nice and knowledgeable people. But had the worse customer service experience with a supervisor or manager and was even told I couldn't go back, for something I was not told and did not do. Some have to learn how to talk to people.

I walked in and was talking to a very nice lady and young man that always help me, my wife and sister in law were waiting for me outside and were not parked in the right place. So the "supervisor or manager" comes in and says "next time they tell you to move your car dont just say NO and come in. i said sir, Im not even the one driving but still she did not tell me to move. He said, yes she did, I said no she did not. At this point his attitude made me not want to buy anything and walked out.

While walking out, I asked the girl if she had told me to move the car and her answer was "NO, HE TOLD THEM TO MOVE" and all I said was, why would he give me an attitude then? And walked out. Cause of this I was told that I was the one wrong and that I was not allowed in their...

Everytime you go to a despensary you wonder wether you’re going to have a good experience. With a new spot in the area you wonder if they have bud tenders who know what they’re talking about or even have tenders at all. Right when I walked in Andrew introduced himself to me in a manner where it made me feel like I was talking to a friend. As we walked in he did an amazing job telling me what products they had and he knew every single thing about each product wether it was flower ,concentrate, or tincture and went in to extreme detail. Matching all my needs to the T I was completely satisfied and excited I had a spot nearby I could go to , feel Iike I’m there with friends and know I’m getting great service and professional opinion!
