If I could give no stars I would. I purchased a salt lamp in the spring and by the fall it was no longer working. On top of that I never received any shipping updates and eventually asked to have the order cancelled and refunded which it never was (which I discovered when I finally received the shipping email).

I still receive marketing emails which I have been asked to be unsubscribed from because of how terrible my experience was. After I emailed saying how poor of an experience was someone emailed back and asked how my lamp broke. I explained there was no known issue and that it one day just stopped working and after that email on 12/6 no one ever responded.

I absolutely love the candles I ordered from the Himalayan trading Post! My favorite scent is honeysuckle, I ordered two candles and I'm completely obsessed with them. I also gave several away as Christmas presents which were very well received in the grapefruit pine scent. not only do they smell wonderful but they are beautiful and they have a style to...
