I spend my Grocery money at Aldi religiously and I am so passionate about shopping at Aldi I try to convince everybody I know to shop at Ali's because u get so much for your money it's unreal, but that's not the only reason why I love Aldi I also love their taste of the prducts and they have just about everything you would need. And unlike Save a Lot or any other cheaper grocery store. ALDI has never let me down. I don't care for the save a lot aftertaste of their products and I can actually tell that it's lower quality food. I used to not buy all my meats at Aldi i would just buy frozen meals and or Kroger or Wal-Mart but they have really stepped up their game and the quality of their meat is just as the rest of their special and unique cheese to seafood, my favorite steaks. Anything you can get at a higher priced grocery stores you can now get at Aldi, and it's cheaper and the quality of food is mind blowing. For the amount of money u spend at Aldi's just about blows any other market outta the water plus the staff is always so help full they used to not have certain things sometimes but I don't think there's any way u won't find what u need plus extra treats. And most importantly you are gonna save a ton of money. You can't do ant better than that. I am a loyal customer and probably their biggest advocate on convincing all my family and friends to try Aldi just is...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe black guy cashier was purposely rough with my stuff. He threw a giant heavy door mat on top of my bread and then asks me how I'm doing. I should've told him I was doing better before he squashed my bread. I put one of the thick black oversized door mats on the conveyor belt and me groceries on top. He pulled it out from under everything like someone doing a tablecloth trick, scraping my fresh fruit against its coarse material before roughly plopping it on top of 3 loaves of bread and everything else. Then he purposely dropped the pickleball and net set on the floor because it was easier than standing up out of his chair to transfer it to the other cart. He has a loud personality and he's outgoing and talkative asking silly questions but if your job is to handle my purchases and you can't do it with care I'm going to complain next time. To you. And your manager. And I'm putting back the squashed bread and potentially bruised fruit. I can buy it...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreEver since they renovated the Dunbar Aldi store & took it from being a grungy warehouse setting to an actual grocery store, it's a much more pleasant shopping trip. The only real differences between Aldi's & any other grocery is @ Aldi you "rent" a shopping cart ($0.25) if you need one, you have to bag/box your own items (they have empty boxes to use but bring your own bags), the brands are different but the quality of food just as good if not better, AND (drum roll please) the prices are 35-50% less than anywhere else (cue cymbal crash here!)! I'm sure everyone has noticed how food prices have really gone through the roof due to the pandemic & even Aldi's prices have increased some but they're still noticeably less than any other grocers in town. I just wish there was an Aldi store in the East End or, at the very least, in...
