Beardsley's Barber Shop — Local services in Dundee Township

I've followed Jay, Luke, and Mike from the Huntley Location to their Algonquin location. Beardsley's gives a great vibe and I look forward to stepping in and chatting with everyone whenever I go. Haircuts with Jay, Mike, Luke, Alexis and Sam have been great. With their expertise, I'm in and out with a nice cut in a short time. Definitely recommend their senior staff, very experienced.

It's great that they give upcoming barbers a chair to get experience. I, more often than not, make an appointment the morning of (like 1 in the morning) for a particular barber or walk in and see who is available. Usually with walk-ins, you might go with the a newer barber. For me that's ok, since I like to give people a chance to practice on my hair, again, my haircut is simple and hard to mess up and if the new barber has questions, they've always asked the more experienced ones to guide and help. For the fancy haircuts, I'd go for someone in the front 6 chairs or so.

I saw Beardsley's Barber Shop on my commute home on Randall Road and made a point to check them out on line. Seeing that my usual hair cut establishment doesn't trim beards (due to covid-19), Beardsley's does currently trim beards. I called and made an appointment (walk-ins are accepted too) because I am in need of a correction to fix what I attempted to groom myself. I got there 10 minutes early and waited another 10 minutes due to a walk-in appointment before I arrived. All the staff do wear masks and gloves per covid-19 guidelines. My stylist was Nick and he brought me back to his chair and asked what I needed done. I removed my face mask to show him that I needed my goatee redefined and trimmed evenly (as I said, I was not the best with clippers). My compliments go out to Nick on the excellent styling he did to smooth out my mustache and goatee and redefine the edges. I will return to Beardsley's for my regular...

When I first walked in I was a bit upset at the fact that we had a set appointment for my son at 8:55am and they didn’t get him sat down until almost 9:20am.. took my three boys in for a haircut and the initial barbers did a decent job on them. But after looking at it there’s was some areas that still needed work. Without me even saying anything, they sat them down again and fixed them up. With that being said, this is definitely a barber shop that makes sure the customers are happy before walking out! They help each other out and make sure those cuts are on point before letting you go. Overall experience was exceeded when after having to wait even longer for them to fix it, they decided not to charge me for their haircuts!! It’s already difficult finding a good barbershop in the area that does a good job but BEARDSLEYs is definitely the spot to go to. Will be coming back and just trying different...
