I sat for 3 hrs for a regular acrylic set and they came out bumpy and see through. The girl that did them is a beginner tech so I understand the time but they could’ve let me know how long it was gonna take. I was ready to get out of there so I barely looked at them and when I got home I realized how bad they look. I drove back to ask for a partial refund because these are not worth $65. The owner said she doesn’t do refunds and it says “all sales are final on the website”. When I double checked it doesn’t say that anywhere on the website except for the no refund deposits. The owner was very unprofessional and very rude to me. She only offered to redo them but I’m not spending anymore time there after sitting for 3 hours and I definitely don't want to go back to get them redone when they weren’t done right the first time. I don’t recommend going here unless you want to waste your time and money. You can take your 30+ years experience and throw it out the door because your inability to be professional...

I've only been once, it wasn't a bad experience however, I'd love to find a place who can do a Gel Manicure Without using a drill!! I would rather have my nails wrapped with cotton & acetone to melt the polish off and then have a tool, other than a drill, to push the polish off my nail. Using a drill on natural nails thins them out and makes them soft, whereas using a manicuring tool does not. The staff were super friendly and the shop was clean. It seems like they have a few people who are skilled and the others are straight out of school without a lot of experience. I'm not sure if I'd go again, I wouldn't like to have to ask them to do my nails the way I like them done, it feels uncomfortable to have...

I had an amazing experience at the salon today! I treated myself to a pedicure and gel manicure with Layla, and she was fantastic. She really took the time to pay attention to every detail, making sure my nails looked perfect. The location is lovely, and I absolutely adore the comfy pedicure chairs. Booking was super easy through GlossGenius, which made everything seamless. The owner was incredibly welcoming, especially since it was my first visit.
