I thought he was a good man of his WORDS…., FACADE he says one thing and then the tries to stroke and stretch your time to then make easy excuses . *BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS! I went to get a simple battery for my diesel watch, which only takes at top 5-10 minutes. This guy a foreign guy took 45 minutes!!! In addition he said my watch was nice then asked and showed me his small collection of watches ( one being a Rolex, highly doubt was authentic) His spouse was there as well. Two customers came in while I'm there, he made them wait over 10 15 minutes to help them. THEN this guy actually tried telling me my crystal face was bad. Of COURSE he's trying to upsell me on another item which nothing is wrong at all, I've had my watch 5 years and NOTHING is loose. This guy and his wife are as shady as they come. This was my first experience with Loren Jewelers LLC. but it will not be my last. I had the best experience thanks to Valery and Francy at Loren Jeweler. I was not able to go into the shop but needed something special. Valery took the time to send me pictures of what I was looking for and helped me get it engraved and even sent me a picture of what it would look like before it was done. The best part other than the amazing customer service was the fact that they had to order what I was looking for but got it the next day plus engraved just as I wanted.
