Apparently sending people back to redo customs slips multiple times is a hobby? In the pic with my hands, this is the form I was sent back to redo since my handwriting wasn’t clear enough “block lettering” for her to read. Are you kidding me. Then apparently I didn’t push down hard enough on the shipment info (see pic with Hot Fries) - I went over it twice pushing till my hand hurt. And that made the letters on the top slightly messy (since they were printed over twice) so… no good, do it again. Are you kidding me. More than 50 packages sent overseas in the past couple of years and never once has someone given me a hard time like this. But I saw that almost every person got kicked back to redo something… then I said “next time I’ll fill it out online” and she said that I can’t fill out a customs form online, that the Army provides that service not the post office. Uhhh… it’s the USPS website and it has click-and-ship, as well as customs forms. Yes, you can fill it out online, and I have many times. You still have to bring in international packages but you can do the paperwork online you don’t have to worry about a postal worker disliking your handwriting when you have to push down with 10 pounds of pressure. 2 stars because … well, I did eventually get my package shipped so there’s that.

They are usually shortstaffed and out, unable to hire and hold onto good people. The automatic machines are giving error most of the time and you can’t use them outside. They do have mailboxes. However, the lines are pretty long to pick up packages that needs to be some sort of redesign of the system so that people can go in and out quickly rather than a 45 minute wait Just to put a package in priority mail. The bright side is that the parking is free. They also have a drive-through dropbox where you can drop mail like envelopes to pay bills and stuff like that.

Serenity melenkez you was very rude to the old man at the post office. The old man was very polite and try to help you. And yes I was standing behind you two during the hold discussion. You claimed to send off two packages however only one has tracking. You accuse the old man of stealing your package when it could of been you that did not send the package . Wait and see if there is tracking later. And respect your Elders

I sell stuff on E-bay and sell similar items daily, I have mailed 66 packages this year alone (2014). This poor review is mostly based towards the Old Guy and Old Lady who work the front registers. They have poor attitudes, lack of care towards customers and are rude. I have stood in line watching them argue with customers every time I go in there. Now recently they have been rude to my wife saying they Bubble Envelopes we use (the USPS ones you get at PX) are no good, and we need to purchase theirs from the Post Office?! What the ???? Then there's the old lady telling me she got poked by one of my items and I couldn't ship it. Ironically that Item was a USGI Foregrip I had bought, it's was rounded, not 1 sharp edge and was made for Airborne Operations to not get snagged (So it blows my mind how it poked her, through a bubble wrap envelope). Then they tell me I can't ship Unit Patches in a regular Envelope because it's against regulation. Everyday these people are coming up with lies and crazy regulations nobody has heard of. You wonder why the post office is on the brink of being bankrupt look at the employees.

On a side note, I would give 5 stars for shipping, my packages when allowed, do ship to almost anywhere in the US within 3 days. The 1 star is specifically for the use of the store-side of the...

I would have to agree with some of the other customers on the professionalism at this post office. The lady everyone is talking about is very rude and very unprofessional. Im pretty sure she's not Asian though. She was rude to me but i over looked it at first. After she was done proving services to me i walked out to use the kiosk or self service machine. Just as all the customers were gone (so she thought) i over heard her having a conversation with a coworker about all the customers. So i stand there for a minute then i walked back in and said " I couldn't help but to overhear you speaking negatively about your customers and im just curious to know if I happened to be one of those customers?" None of which were rude to her in anyway. They may have displayed frustration but no rudness at all. You should've seen the look on her face as she says "no." I then asked if they had any comment cards (ice comment cards) she was nice enough to let me know that they didn't have them because they're not apart of the military so thats when i turned to this Google review. Not happy with the way she conducted herself prior to being comforted about her negative comments. My husban has even expressed dissatisfaction with the service as well. Someone need to be reevaluated on her customer service...
