This post is in response to C Peterson’s one star review, because I had the misfortune of sitting next to her while I was getting my pedicure.

It was clear that C Peterson is just an unhappy, miserable person in general. She was impatient and rude to the nail tech from the moment I sat in my chair.

1.While Luxury Nails offers online booking, they never indicate that they will have your selected color waiting for you, or a certain water temperature ready for you! Lol It’s like anywhere else— you pick your color and let the nail tech know in the moment if you’d like your water hotter or colder. Jet pieces were wet because they clean them after each use. I would think that’s a good thing. They aren’t exactly going to stay dry anyway.

I heard the nail tech ask what shape C Peterson would like her nails cut in. She replied “I just don’t want them digging into my foot.” Obviously, that doesn’t help one get the precise results they want!

Again, ask for hot water to be added. It’s not that complicated.

Your leaving the salon without a mani was probably the best thing to happen to these ladies all day. Truly, what does that say about you as a person? :/

Good grief. Get off your high horse and have some respect and class. Despite how you expected to be treated, and acted towards the nail tech, you are NO better than ANYONE. Life is too short to be miserable. When clicking on your profile, I see you ONLY leave 1-star reviews. That’s so sad. This life is too short to be anything but kind and joyful. I hope you find your happiness in life. Honestly.

I have been here many times and used to love this place. I am not sure if it is due to them getting busier or what the issue is but after my experience today I will never be returning. I had an appointment at 3:45. After waiting 30 minutes past my appointment time they brought me over to remove my old nail polish. They then asked me to soak my hands in a bowl of acetone. I have been getting gel manicures for over 10 years and dip manicures for the past year and I have never been asked to do this. After soaking them for 30 minutes to the point my fingers were white, dried out, and freezing the polish still wasn’t coming off so they then proceeded to file the polish off my nails so far that it was burning my nail beds. When they finally started my manicure they spent less than 15 minutes from start to finish. Usually when I get a dip manicure they paint and dip each nail one at a time. She was painting 3 nails at a time and rapidly dipping them to try to get done faster. I also am used to having 3 color coats when I get a dip manicure (every time I have had them at their location and other locations) and after 2 coats the color looked nothing like the original swatch color. A very all around frustrating experience and I would have much rather been told they didn’t have time for me then to sit and wait and pay $40 for that experience. I’m so thrilled to have found this gem of salon! Walking into the salon it is very Evident that the owners take very much pride in their salon. Everything from the look of the salon, the friendliness of the nail techs, The services offered in the serene atmosphere made my first visit to Elite memorable. I highly recommend this salon for any of your pampering needs! Also while I was enjoying my manicure a mother and her 3 young daughters came in because the sisters all wanted to get either there nails or toes done the techs gave the little girls the same attention to detail as they did every other client! Was so nice seeing the little ones getting pampered together! Also when I first arrived I noticed that there was a gentlemen getting a mani/pedi and while enjoying my manicure another fella walked in to say hi to his friend who was getting a pedicure and decided to treat himself to a pedicure as well, the nail techs worked quickly to get him started so the couple could enjoy the relaxing time together! Britney and Tony the salon is just as the name states…………. Elite! I’m looking forward to many more visits to this perfectly...
