Do Not go here!! The customer service was absolutely horrible! I can't believe how rude the employees were, it was three employees and all of one person ordering something.
The girl that was behind me, ordered one donut the employees asked her to leave because they said it was a five-dollar minimum she said, I can pay with a card. The employee stated " no please leave" I felt so bad for the young girl. I tried to pay for her food but she walked out the door before I could, she was so offended.
I ordered a dozen donuts and an iced coffee. There was no one in the coffee shop ordering, I was there alone, the employees took 10 minutes to fix an iced vitamese latte. The employee I ordered from stated the cashier would fix it, the cashier rolled her eyes, didn't tell the total, flipped the pay screen at me very aggressively and walked off. I stood there for 10 minutes waiting for a coffee when they had zero customers.
The guy I told I wanted an iced coffee from, asked, if the cashier made it, I said no. He looked at her and said really, he started to make the coffee then walked off. The 3rd employee rudely stated what are you waiting for?! I said an iced coffee. The cashier came back, started making my coffee, slammed it on the counter, rolled her eyes and walked off.
This is the first and last time I will EVER come here. I literally ordered a dozen donuts and coffee, nothing crazy. I drove an hour out of my way for this place because it has such good reviews. I will NEVER step foot in here again! The employees are extraordinarily rude...

When you are searching for and finally finally a donut shop you expect, once you step out of your car, to smell the aroma of fresh baked goods. I was sceptical when I approached the doors because I didn't get that smell of fresh baked donuts. I was the only customer waiting at the counter, and the individual who finally asked what I wanted didn't seem that keen on actually helping me. The fryers were empty, there was no bustle of activity of anyone making fresh baked donuts, there were literally 5 large sheet pans covered in 5 "flavors" of donuts. There were 2 different pans of jelly donuts, I'm giving the benefit of the doubt that they were 2 different flavors, one pan of what looked like a maple glaze, a sugar covered donut and a triple berry cake donut. That's all that was on offer at 8:00 in the morning. The person behind the counted just kind of stared at me dead eyed after asking what I wanted, offering no opinion or hint as to what the donuts actually were. Once I got home and actually got to try the donuts, we were severely disappointed. I had gotten 2 of the triple berry (my wife loves berries) and we each had one, the first bite was overly sweet because the whole donut was covered in glaze, and the more you ate the more it tasted of chemicals and "perfumey". The sugar coated donut tasted exactly like the small ones you get at any Chinese buffet. Needless to say VERY DISAPPOINTED. Which is sad, because I would much rather have found this "gem" that other reviewers have...
Read moreFirst, the donut shop is located in kind of an odd spot below some apartments, in Erwin Terrace, so it's isn't the easiest to find. Second, it is a visible enough location once you know where to look, and third, it isn't all just young people. It's clean, friendly, and the price is okay. Acoustics are bad (tough to hear much).
The donut holes taste a bit, well, fried. They taste like they were cooked in oil that can use a replacement. Their taste was dominated by the oil.
The apple fritter is big. Like jumbo big. Like two meals big. Flavor wise it's a bit of a sugary monster, and the apple isn't as strong as it could be. Spices are okay, the cinnamon smooth and strong. Would've liked more apples. Outside is crispy, inside is a bit mushy. Value wise I can't really see you getting more calories for the price. Overall, while a colossal donut, definitely not a star donut.
I also got a bavarian cream filled chocolate glazed yeast donut. The yeast donut is kind of meh, a bit chewy and that same oil taste. The chocolate and cream though? Heavenly.
The sausage biscuit is tasty stuff. Buttery, flakey, buttery (did I mention buttery?). It will not disappoint.
Small note about the employees: they all wear gloves. One set of gloves. One set of gloves to do everything (including being on their phone, touching door handles, handling donuts, etc.) Just a cautionary note if you're a bit of...
