(I added the warning part when I found out I was fired). If you read all reviews I've left for companies while doing GrubHub this is mild to say the least in scrutiny. But I will say this GrubHub refuses to tell me what you said and you lied to get me not only for a supposed "negative review"- I'm within the guidelines, but also a "Pickup failure resulting in order theft". You lied because the policies GrubHub provided In my termination email weren't committed and I know I didn't do any of them. So this takes us to why I'm making another update. I will be posting on here and making youtube videos telling the world what you've done. If no one believes me go back through this companies reviews and you tell me if I'm justified in doing this. (Already took screenshots of them just in case they delete). I look forward from hearing from you 😁 (All I said was your gfr needs to be cut off politely to your female employee and walked out confirming everything). DRIVERS BEWARE!! THIS PLACE DOES NOT MANAGE THE COMPANY GFR! ORDER TIMES ARE MASSIVELY OFF AND LOST PRODUCTION TIMES DUE TO LACK OF MANAGEMENT. Deliver at your own risk. ( Order was eventually done 12mins past pick up time and was on the counter extra time before anyone decided to hand it out).

Told a female employee when leaving that GrubHub ToS said to cut off ordering when behind. You always get the confused look and the im sorry response. (Cut off online ordering when behind would be nice thanks. You get your cash at the end of the night we don't until it's delivered.

While I love your food Heavenly Buffaloes, I have for the very last time received horrible service from the Erwin Rd location. I will not be going back, which is a shame, because I work just a few miles away and am a regular lunch customer. Time and time again they have gotten my order wrong, and I have to leave work to go back to the restaurant for the correction. Sometimes they apologize, sometimes they don't. I usually catch it before I leave the parking lot, but, this time I was in a hurry, and got all the way to work before I realized they didn't include the celery and dressing, which I paid for. I called and asked for it to be ready when I get there so I don't have to wait. When I arrived, the celery only came with 1 blue cheese, but I had requested 2, so I asked the staff member for a second one. When I asked for my 2nd blue cheese, the guy puts up his hands and says to me, "I'll get that for you, but, you just need to calm down". What??? Calm down?? Wow. How is me asking for my 2nd blue cheese reason for you to gaslight me, in front of other customers at that? I did not raise my voice or even look at him weird, I wasn't even mad cause I have come to accept they get my order wrong regularly, and it's the price I pay for good chicken. I even tip 20% on my takeout orders, knowing they get it wrong regularly. At that point, a bit flabbergasted at his rudeness, I did raise my voice to tell him I won't be a customer there anymore. He didn't even acknowledge me or apologize as I left. I should have asked him for my 20% tip back. This location has some serious issues with customer service, and staff desperately need to...

My husband, I and our son went here looking for somewhere new to eat in Durham. I seen this Heavenly Buffaloes by looking up (restaurants near me) per Goggle search. Thought I wasn’t anywhere near this location it gave me this amazing 4.9 stars. Which helped me want to try the food. Once we got there we noticed that it was literally around the corner from our house! How amazing is that??? Well, we go in and we’re greeted at the door by a nice young lady. Sat down and looked at the menus. Everything chicken and you can choose wings with a few new choices of a thighs but the most important thing is the sauces!!!! Omg they come in just about every flavor you can think of. I had 15 wings not covered in sauce but on the side and my flavor was ranch and blue cheese. My husband order him 15 wings covered in the teriyaki sauce flavor. We had the sweet potatoes basket it was enough for both of us with 2 soft drink. This place was great and our food was hot and we were delighted to know that the prices were decent and we were going to eat food cooked fresh. Free refills made med happy. It’s very clean the bathroom is very clean. The staff has great suggestions in how to select and make choices in sauces and I would suggest that anyone in this area come and try the place out. I also most forgot, they have TV’s everywhere so you know this is the place to be on major sports night! This is a kid friendly space, I would suggest that you bring your kids in the day we’re it could get crowded at night since this is a young and mature area. We liked it and we’ll make sure...
