I decided to turn away from the long time respect I’ve had of Honda products due to the lack of deals. Instead purchasing a CanAm this time. Jamie is a good sales rep, however trying to cover the floor with little help. This makes it seem as though he doesn’t have time for anyone individual customer. My only real complaint so far with outer limits power sports is their lack of internal communication. They truly need help in this area. Better office manager maybe or just more staff. (This I realize is a balance of feast and famine) you don’t want to over staff. However it simply appears to me as a new customer that there’s just something lacking when I call to check on a fourwheeler and get four different people that know, Nothing. Held for 25 minutes the first call. Then after repeated call backs I finally just drove there. Everyone appears really nice in person. Decent buying experience here overall. Jamie was polite and easy to deal with. But there are few things they could have done better.

I called to schedule a time to look at a used motorcycle, and asked them if they could get it out ahead of time and make sure it was ready to test ride. When I arrived the bike was still blocked in by other machines in the showroom, they got it outside and the battery was dead, so it was brought it into service to jump it off. I asked if they could check the tire pressure while they were at it, which they must have forgotten to do. Not a big deal there, but inconvenient.

These guys at Outerlimit Power Sports are great as far as the parts and service goes. I have never made a purchase other than service from them. Unlike the big power sports Place in Jackson TN that couldn't get our equipment out in months, Outerlimit has gotten us in and out in a matter of hours to a day. Last time I was in the mechanic hunted me down to talk to me personally about an issue we had been having with one of our machines, something very rare. They have been very honest rather than being full of excuses. These guys are our go to for service on our Polaris side by sides and Honda 4 Wheelers. You really don't understand what really good service is until you have experienced really bad service.
