I have never had service this bad. I took two hours after my first app before the man got to the house to service my internet. We use to have spectrum in our last place. So when we moved thought we would be able to get it but this all that seems around and we hate it. The man didn't do much explaining just said here's ur password and left. Since then wifi has been so bad it doesn't stay on at all I called 2days ago and told them this. What they did was set up a new app. And supposedly strength my connection for a bit. But so far it's gotten worse before u could at least finish a movie on Netflix or Hulu not now it's ever few mins buffing and saying no internet. So with that said being a new customer and all I think we will be soon moving to a new one as soon as forked deer opens enrollment. I'm not paying for something I can't even use specially when I already paid a set up fee for over a 100 dollars which I should be given back as cash since the set wasn't even properly installed the first time. He was in a rush running up and down the attic. To busy to take his time. Probably cuz I already complain about him being 2hrs late. Which is so unprofessional. I have a daughter who is in school acitivies lucky for me that day she wasn't staying after school but Monday she will for practice when ur app. Is set between 12 and 1 u don't arrive till 3 then there's a problem if they had at least called and said hey I'm running let i wouldn't have been so understanding but nope. When I go to the doctor I tried to get there own time. Out of respect and I know their time is valuable. I hope ppl consider that when doing their jobs just when I worked I did. If u can value others or ur job find something else. I do think a free upgrade should be done since it's was the fault of the provider. It's the only way I will consider stay after this.    Read moreVery fast speeds and always a great connection. The wifi router does a great job of allowing use of any device throughout the entire house. I don't like that you can't change any of the internet details. You can't go into the modem to change any settings or even add another network. I have smart devices that will only connect to 2.4Ghz networks and I'm unable to broadcast one like I could with my old Internet service provider. The wifi router also only has one ethernet port, which is extremely inconvenient. I'm going to have to buy additional stuff just to make everything work with this wifi 6 network. The speeds and connections are great, though, so I would still recommend this Internet provider to anyone. I just like to modify my networks so that I can change the DNS servers etc. and that isn't an option with Sparklight. The picture shows that there's only one ethernet port. The other is needed for the router to be connected...

I was definitely ready to be read of Cable One when I called to get my service is restored I was hit with an outrageous Bill including a reconnection the reconnection fee is outrageous by the way when all it is is a switch of some sorts it's not worth $90 that's definitely not customer service when some people are having a hard enough time making ends meet shame on you for that! Every other cable provider an internet has no limit to their data why do you to charge the customers more another unfair move.
