Communication: I was referred to Tom by a friend. At first, our initial communication was slow; he would take a while to get back to us but it’s understandable because we reached out to him around August and it was close to a holiday. For some reason, our measurements were lost so he had to come do the measurements for the cabinets again. Before, on the day of installation and after installation of the cabinets, Tom had a fast response to my questions and concerns. I’m happy about how fast we were able to get the project done compared to other competitors who quarter me at 2-6 months. Tom was able to put my cabinets in within about 3 weeks of order. Again, this was during a holiday so I’m grateful for being flexible and willing to try to meet our deadline.

Product installation and delivery: I appreciate that Tom had great products in stock and it’s great prices. I just wish he had more designs to choose from but they were all quality products so I have no complaints. I wanted grey cabinets and there was only one option of color and design to chose from. Cabinets were beautiful. I have 3 small complaints regarding installation. First complaint, some cabinets were not aligned so my husband did a tiny adjustment to the area where we had our overhang countertop. Second complaint is that 2 of the soft-closed hinges did not work properly so we ordered and install new hinges for that drawer. Third tiny complaint is that the cutouts in the cabinets for our heaters and an electrical outlet was not aligned so we had to cut it out by ourselves. Our crown moldings look pretty awesome too. We had a spot on our ceiling where the old cabinets ended and the new cabinets were not as deep to cover the popcorn ceiling. I really appreciate that Tom made sure our crown moldings were ready to install once we patched up the ceiling line there.

Overall, I appreciate the quality of the cabinets and the availability to meet our deadline to install our cabinets in. I called Tom from the Craigslist ad and left a voicemail and asked I text him, so I did and no response. I waited a day or so and left another voicemail and text, finally a reply and time set up for estimate! I sent text day of and asked for 15 minute early start time however it didn't work so Tom said later would work since he'd "Be around all day ". Great! I responded a time asking if that would work and guess what, absolutely zero response! If I have to try this hard for an estimate I would be a dummy to think the work would be on time or hassle free. Dont waste your time with Tom, maybe someone else would have courtesy to just tell you they don't want your business or help...

These guys are great in regards to service and a quality product! I shopped around and found Tom's pricing $$ thousands below every other bid.

I was amazed at the cabinet quality for the price! The cabinets were made of plywood with full extension drawers and soft closing doors and drawers. Dovetail joints and corner brackets make these cabinets rock solid!

Chad the installer did top notch work and he even showed me that all the cabinets were dead on level! Not only did he nail the cabinets together but he glued them as well!
