Ordered nacho fries. They were COLD and had FUZZ on them. Asked for fresh fries and they rolled their eyes at me. Slamming the door window shut. Talk about rude. Got new fries, and then started eating my SUPREME CRUNCHWRAP and first bite into it I realized it was indeed NOT a supreme. Wasn’t crunchy, had little to no sour cream same with tomatoes. Barely had anything in it. The “crunch” they used was STALE. Lucky my boyfriend told me not to go in, 8 months pregnant and my food was disgusting.

Dirty table's and when I was standing at the counter the lady in my picture told me I had to use the kiosk or I would have to wait until someone would help me. Sad!!! Maybe she will understand not everyone supports machines taking jobs away , maybe she'll understand when the taco making machines take her job too...LoL And the cravings value menu items are.49¢ more than the one I ate at two days ago.

Look, you know what you’re getting into if eating at a Taco Bell. For Taco Bells, I’ve been here a few times and never had an experience where food wasn’t freshly made. I’m looking at you Taco Bell on Town Center. You need to step up your game 🙄. So I’m giving them 5 stars so you know which Taco Bell to go too if you’re in the area lol

After my first visit, I did a positive review on your staff’s kind customer service, the cleanliness of the restaurant and how cool the tile wall is in the ladies room. Well, tonight, the wall is still cool. (I won’t begin to tell you about the automatic sink that doesn’t see a person’s hand(s) and it’s still clean. But, the service oh my goodness, has drastically changed. There ISN’T ANY.

If you’re a customer going inside to order and eat, be ready to enter your order using a touch-screen system. There are no instructions on how to use this wobbly piece of plastic NOR is there an offer to help. And, if you are one of the 70% of customers who have special requests or need to clarify something on their, can foret it! You CANNOT type ANYTHING!! And, If you can’t find something on the screen or you have a question, DO NOT think for a nanosecond any 1 of the several employees standing behind the counter, are going to help. Because, they are there to do NOTHING but watch you struggle with the order screen even the employee that walked past you twice, watched you struggle and turned his head 180° (as if his head was on a swivel, like an owl) (I think he dto avoid eye contact. And DON’T think throwing your hands in the air and huffing, as he walks past, is going to get you anywhere. And the ONLY reason you can approach the counter is if you’re paying with cash.

Don’t be surprised when you turn toward the counter looking for help, to pay cash or out of sheer hope-lessness, the employees you saw upon arriving will NOT be there. NOT a cook, NOT a manager, NOT a customer service (keep reaching) employee!! Not even swivel-head guy.

Sure we saved $18 but, we’re still hungry and think we each got frost bite due to the freezing cold atmosphere.

Question for upper management, if you even stoop to read your customers reviews, how soon before we are cooking our food and/or accepting our own money to pay for our food and/or counting back our change for the $100 bill we paid with. I know it’s hard to find good help but to have people behind the counter, doing NOTHING, including helping “YOUR CU-TOM-ERS”, is the same if not worse than having no one! You do realize you’re paying vacant people (people standing there, but not really there) good money. You realize that? Tonight you are paying at least 4 vacant people, at least minimum wage each, to do NOTHING but stand there and watch your customers become so annoyed (after 10+ minutes) they walk straight out,

Do you know the meaning of customer service? How about the meaning of...

I'm not sure how to review this place because I'm honestly scared that if it's not positive, the cartel will come after me. The food is good, adequate, yes, the tacos and other things have stuff in them that seems to match what I order. The weird stuff starts when I order inside. There are people making my stuff that are apparently capable of making my stuff while simultaneously flat out staring at me. As if I am a problem they need to deal with. I give them a friendly nod and smile, because I do appreciate their efforts, having been a restaurant worker in my youth - nothing. They just stare at me with their dead eyes. It's almost as if they don't want me there - which I am more than happy to oblige with, by going to another cheap taco place in town - or they have other thoughts, which I will leave the reader of this review to deduce for themselves. I have already formed my thoughts, but I will not share them. I'll go to another Taco Bell from now on and let...

Absolutely awful experience with this Taco Bell. I did a mobile order to make things easier. I asked to add a few items in a separate order, it was 11:15 and there was no cars behind me, and I was told I have to drive around just to place an order due to “lunch rush”, I have worked in the fast food industry so I know it’s a matter of not wanting to do it not if they can or not. But I let it go and went around a second time, I knew the exact amount of the order so I gathered the change. When I went to pay she said I didn’t have enough so I grabbed more money and she dropped my change I said it’s fine, and took my order and left. I assumed prices went up because the total was more than I anticipated, I look at the receipt just to see I was charged a donation, that I didn’t approve or even get asked for that matter. Absolutely...
