Everything you need... ...can be delivered to the store so you can pick it up. This practice of listing items as if you actually have the item in stock is annoying. I try to shop local and support local businesses, but they make it really difficult. Here's the issue. The store can order the product and have it in the store in a few days, but I can order the product have have it delivered to my home for free.
Do you have... No, but we can order it. Yes, so can I and most of the time I get it for less. Brick and mortar stores are convenient because you can walk in and pick up what you need without waiting a couple of days.
Don't list items you don't stock, it's very simple. I have this issue with auto parts stores as well. I can use multiple auto parts sites to find the best price and have it shipped and save a lot of money, but as I said, I prefer to support local businesses. This is a frustrating practice.
Beyond that, this is a good store with decent staff. The younger employees tend to be a bit disconnected and have no clue what the store has. The older people tend to care a bit more and know what you're looking for and where to find it. They're all polite and do try their best. I would imagine not finding a listed product is just as frustrating for them.

I only spoke with Kelly over the phone. I asked her if she happened to have a Cub Cadet LT50 in stock even though the app said they didn’t. As predicted she said no. I said another store 2 hours away said they had one even when I called but when I made them look with their own eyes sure enough it wasn’t there.
She said some stores may have them still in the crate and that it won’t show up as available to me. She made a phone call to the store in Ronks and called me back and said that they had one still in the crate. I asked if she could call them back and tell them I would be there over the weekend to pick it up.

Citibank issues their credit cards and one of their requirements is that you repeat a verification code from a message that they leave on your personal cell phone.
