So I needed a small dishwasher 18 inches and was looking to save a little money and had seen 3 gorillas had decent prices. So I purchased one a Danby, everything looked ok , paid 270.00 for it, hauled it home. I found a handyman to install it, paid him 250.00 to put it in…When I ran it through its cycle, I noticed when it finished, all the dishes were wet , water droplets on the cups, everything was wet. With my last dishwasher when the cycle finished , you couldn’t even touch anything, they were so hot. So when I called to tell them what was happening, this guy proceeded to tell me that with the new dishwashers, when the cycle finishes, you have to use a towel to dry them…🙄. I was like no I don’t think so, I don’t know who this guy was, but that’s clearly not how a dishwasher works. So then he says “ well if you’re not happy, bring it back “. . And like I said I paid someone to put it in, so that would mean I’d have to pay him again to pull it out, drive it back, get another one ( taking the chance this one worked) and then paying again to have it installed.. So in the long run I should’ve just gone to Lowe’s and bought one, I would’ve had a guarantee, not some clown telling me I need to dry the dishes by hand. Sometimes you think you’re saving yourself some money, but you’re really not…just FYI...

Bought a portable washer from this warehouse and received a broken item. The washer does not spin and obviously was never repaired. When I went to pick it up, it still had water at the bottom of it that had to be drained. I drove an hour one way. Paid a price of $20 less than if I had bought it brand new from Amazon but I was ok with it because of the convenience. In addition to the broken item, I was given a random and incorrect hose which caused me the trouble of three trips to Home Depot to figure out how to create one to connect correctly without leaking. Bad experience to say the least. I would not recommend purchasing here if you were buying anything refurbished.

Update, have been notified of a random purchase from 3Gorillas, meaning my card information was saved. When I called, I was told that my card information was closely similar to someone elses….that does not happen. I have received holds on my account for fraudulent activity since I purchased the portable washer above and now it makes sense to where it is coming from. Beware people. This happens again, I will be reporting...

Ordered a Portable AC unit from 3 Gorillas, my original unit was out of stock after I placed the order and I was offered a replacement item. What I received was indeed the replacement unit they offered, but after researching I found it was a long discontinued item that was selling for less than what I had paid for the original purchase, also it was packed so poorly the accessories were damaged. Inspection of the unit itself looks like it was very abused in it's previous life, opening the case the unit showed signs of extensive abuse, bent metal, broken plastic. This is an 80 pound unit so shipping fees back would be outrageous so listed it right away online to try to salvage whatever I can and buy from a more reputable dealer. I know this was a refurbish unit I was buying but was unaware that it have been beaten with a baseball bat before being sent to 3Gorillas. Will not be...
