I was just in there and I bought a birthday card for my nephew and it was pouring down rain and I asked for a bag and she never gave me one. My card was soaking wet I had to dry it with my vent in my moms car!. She also had earbuds in hear ears as well. How is she supposed to hear the customers!? 😡😡 There was also guys in there restocking the refrigerators for the drinks and she was paying more attention to them than the actual customers.

Read moreWent here 2 days in a row and yesterday I thought maybe the guy at the register was just having a bad day so I didn't say anything but I went there again today and he had an attitude again. I didn't say anything again but I was overcharged for something that was clearly marked a lower price so I asked him for a refund on the difference and heaven forbid he had to get off his phone to do some work. I called to speak to the manager and she was condescending on the phone and made it seem like I was the one with the attitude. If you don't like your job then get another one but don't work in a customer service related position if dealing with customers isn't your best attribute. Read moreWe stood around the register waiting for someone to ring us out and it...took...forever. Nobody was around when we walked in OR when we were ready to check out. When a young man finally emerged from the bowels of the back of the store, he acted like we were a mere inconvenience. Nobody said "hello, goodbye, can I help you," etc. While he was doing whatever he was doing, the office, the safe, the register, and store merchandise were left exposed. There was nothing between us, the office, the registers, the doors, and the parking lot. Having served my time in retail, I know this is bad management at it's finest; recruiting, customer service, training, scheduling, etc....
