Redner's Quick Shoppe — Local services in East Cocalico Township

I love this place. I really do from their food to their gas prices and usually their customer service, but I'm giving this review a 2 star in hopes that someone takes notice to it. There is a major personnel problem at your Stevens, quick stop location. I came in on Monday, August 25th, at around 10 AM. Order 2 sandwiches, which were delicious By the way, from some very lovely ladies in the sandwich area, only to go and try to pay to meet the back of the head of a female who I have no idea what her name is, because Hey, why wear a name badge, if you're gonna be terrible at your job was too busy flirting with another employee to even be bothered with me. She sighed when I gave her my rewards card, and then literally let the stamp that she stamps my paid receipt with fly out of her hand towards me because she was not paying attention and wanted to get back to flirting. I would have let the manager know something. But the manager is who she was flirting with. Again, Monday, August 25th, around 10 AM. Shoulder length maybe a little longer, Brown hair, black, thick, rimmed glasses. She needs some customer service skills and remind her she's dealing with food, even though she's a cashier and to stop rubbing her hands through her hair,...

12/17/24.. a little after 1pm. I come in here regularly to get food. Unfortunately on this day things were not so easy. Ordered my food and paid, after waiting for around 6 minutes I was informed that the meat I ordered on my sandwich was out of stock. I was offered a substitute which I accepted. And as a rational person I assumed since the system let me order something that was unavailable that the substitute would not cost me any extra money.. because you know keep the customer happy and don't upset them with petty things. Well Unfortunately after waiting for another 5 minutes I was informed that I had to pay 2 more dollars for the meal I already paid for.. I got rather upset with the old woman who told me this. Again why do I have to pay more for their mistake? So I paid the extra money and left, never to return again because of the way the situation was handled. Rude and greedy, losing a customer that's been coming in for 8 years... all over two dollars!!! Guess they must be hard...

Doing business in the area and saw a "Redner's Quick Shoppe" and decided to stop. I am aware of Redner's Market's and have shopped at them but have never seen a Redner's Quick Shoppe. This Redner's Quick Shoppe appears to be fairly new and inviting. Nice clean store with very good selection of snacks, drinks, food to order and prepared food. I was impressed. Redner's must have done their convenient store marketing surveys, since they look to compete with Sheetz, WaWa, Rutter's and Royal Farms. I checked out the whole store and liked what I saw.
