I love the girls in this store. They are always friendly and try to put a smile on your face. However, they seriously understaff this store. It's not fair for these girls to be by themselves, run the front and put the stock on the shelves. There's no type of "bell" or chime on the doors to let them know when someone comes in. This leads to theft and proposes a danger to these ladies. It's all about keeping the cost down, but it's a whole lot cheaper to pay another cashier per shift than to recover from inventory loss.
