I had an awful experience while picking up the cookies my sister ordered today. She had placed the order at 2:20 and we “checked in” to pick up the cookies at 2:30. After waiting 10 minutes and not being acknowledged, I asked an employee if the cookies ordered under my name were ready. She said okay but after 10 more minutes I still hadn’t gotten my cookies. I asked another employee who brushed me off and said I had to “ask the other girl.” After 25 minutes of waiting, I eventually got fed up and stood at the register where I was able to speak with someone who actually helped me. Turns out my cookies had been ready on one of their tables for the past 30 minutes they just didn’t put my name on it - I had to read what was on the e-receipt so they could verify it was my order. Other customers were frustrated too, the girl who was doing the orders messed up someone’s order twice and had to remake them, and then they put the wrong sticker message on a lady’s cookies and when she asked about it, they told her she had to “ask the girl over there about it.” With the exception of the woman who helped me at the register, the rest of the staff was not at all helpful and I definitely will not be ordering from this...

While reviews are absolutely worth reading when considering whether or not it is worth your time to try out an establishment for the first time, one must also consider the source when making decisions based on them! Parker Chirnside was a former employee who was fired for stealing from us. He apparently liked the cookies enough while working at Crumbl to steal them, but after being let go, finds them dry. Unfortunately his best friend just recently got fired for continually calling out for shifts that she was scheduled for. I believe this is what prompted his post 3 days ago. So please, consider the source when reading reviews before making a judgement on whether or not we are an establishment you would like to try. I'd also like to mention that we had another Crumbl owner visit our store last week, who currently owns five Crumbl locations himself, commenting on how our store was one of the cleanest locations that he has ever seen! So please, come and see for yourself whether or not we are worth your time & money, don't let Parker Chirnside biasly...

So I tried this week's crumbl cookies đŸȘđŸȘđŸȘđŸȘ with the surprise brownie and it was absolutely good .. the only thing I didn't like when I was telling them about what happened in the first place because I did order through doordash and one of the people on the phone at work they laughed at me because my first batch of cookies got stolen and I wasn't even home yet so thank goodness for the manager to help me out to get a whole new batch of the same ones for this week that worked out in the end cause at first I know they can't do that but they had to negotiate to see if it's okay đŸ„č😌

So I reordered the same cookies and brownie to my house from doordash

This is this week's batch of cookies .. I like each of them but my favorite is the Semi-Chocolate Chip and one with the Oreo on top with the creame swirled around it also peanut butter wasn't bad either it was made just right like it was made fresh from the oven

Please try your crumbl cookie for this week or next following week to see which new batch of cookies flavors...

You need to try Crumbl at least once, and I can almost guarantee you will go back. The cookies may seem expensive at first, but you get what you pay for. The cookies are all high quality and unique. Not to mention they are HUGE. Once you actually eat the cookie, you understand why they are worth the price. I also like how the menu is not always the same, so you can always try different and delicious cookies. The staff is also great and very friendly. There were quite a few people ordering but they keep the line moving very well. I was in and out with my cookies in under two minutes. I know this location is new, and I have to say it is a great addition to the East Greenwich/Warwick area. If you are near by, it is definitely worth stopping in and grabbing a cookie! đŸȘ

Today was the breaking point for me. I go to Crumbl a lot and spend good money every time. Normally they never have flavors always sold out. It’s whatever but when a customer asks you a question and your response is I’ve said 6 times I won’t repeat it again and then you toss another customer’s (mine) on the counter and walk away. I feel it’s time for you to find a new job because clearly you dislike yours and the customers. Place always looks like a mixer blew up. I will not spend another penny in EG. I’ll take the extra 15 minute drive to chapel view. Here’s a picture of my half effort $4 cookie. Looks nothing like advertised. Sadly I wasted money for the last time in this shop!

Cookies are good if/when they are made like they are advertised. They are sometimes very conservative with the topping. There was virtually no buttery glaze and about half as much raspberry flavor as expected. See photos for actual and advertised I also placed an order for a single cookie with scheduled pickup of 6:30. It wasn’t ready until 6:50, and everyone who were in the process of placing orders received their orders (including for 6 or more cookies) before I got mine. I shouldn’t be waiting 20 minutes after scheduled pickup time when people placing orders right then and there get theirs within 10 minutes
