Don’t make the mistake of letting your gps pop in the address with Hartford CT instead of EAST Hartford. You will end up where no 18 wheeler should be. Don’t ask me how I know this. 😂 Best part of this destination is that security gives you a printout of instructions…where to park, office location, number for shipping/receiving, what they require etc… I was grateful for that because after driving for hours upon hours with little sleep, who can remember 19 things we are supposed to go and do? Took a while to get loaded (few hours) but some other places are much worse. Be sure you have load locks or straps. The office and security staff were friendly and helpful. Somehow I lost my seal out of a very deep pocket while climbing in and out of the trailer. The security at the gate was very patient while I searched and eventually found it! The people who do this won’t pay attention to reminders so I won’t say much on this topic but… if drivers keep trashing the restroom, we won’t be able to use it for long. I saw some reviews where drivers were frustrated with the wait for loading or unloading but overall positive experience...

Called in on May 14 about broken down cooler and 2 days later ppl coming in and check and told us he will request swap coolant for you. Not getting a single call from Coca Cola and I call in ask about the solution and they told me no one request for swap the cooler and we will request for you. And never recieve call from Coca Cola and seems they don’t care about business area....

You generally get out of here within the standard 2 hour loading time, check in process is seamless. Of unfamiliar security can tell you how to check in. Clerks are friendly and pleasant!
