I have been to this location several times. I have had the privilege of Kim helping me choose a phone for upgrade. She was very knowledgeable of all the phones the store was selling. She took the time to help me. I felt terrible because I work till after 5 and it is a 45 minute drive to the store not once did she rush me to choose. She was very patient and kind. I will make the trip again to this store to purchase a tablet that she took the time to show me and explain how it would be added to my plan even though I told her I could not purchase at the time. My husband and I recently went in to purchase phones and a phone plan from this location. We live in an area that does not have great coverage. They will lie to you and say that these phones can do Wi-fi calling. The DO NOT! We bought 3 phones, all different prices and NONE of them will connect to WiFi to make calls. It's not the phones, it's the service itself. Nice and cheap, but don't let these guys lie to you about where and how the phones work. If you're planning on using these phones to make Wi-Fi calls, save yourself the frustration and don't do it. This place is horrible and will lie to you to get you to purchase. I bought an iPhone 6s without contract. The phone is locked and I can’t even use it! They also said they closed at 5pm but there are closed before 430. Overpaid 250$ for an iPhone 6s and a place that doesn’t wanna make anything right.
