Do not let these other reviews fool you. Its apparent that some others have never been to a restaurant that is either just opening and new new or of a higher caliber than mcdonalds.
My wife and I went this evening as we have been wanting to go since opening and finally had the opportunity to do so.
Staff: Upon entering we were greeted by not 1 but 2 host staff. We were seated and promptly greeted by our server Tyler. He offered to go through the menu with us and recommend which drinks paired well with each entree. We declined as we are not big beer drinkers but there are a multitude of options available. We however did partake in a chocolate martini and long Island of which both were fabulous.
Menu: Others have complained about the lack of options available. We found numerous options that all sounded delicious and had a hard time deciding what to choose. Not once did I feel restricted or like there wouldn't be something I wanted to try.
For our appetizer we opted to go with the berlin pub pretzel. When it came out I thought the presentation was unorthodox but once I tried it all doubts were removed. All the parts excited the taste buds and melted together into one delicious bite.
For entrees my wife selected the Bier House Pierogies. If you like pierogies you will love these.. fried pierogies, house sauce, brats, onions, delicious.
I myself going to any restaurant the first time always get 1 item that will tell me whether you have it or you dont.... steak.... if you can't cook a steak, close the doors.... my garlic herb NY strip came out a perfect medium with just the right seasoning. It made me smile that no steak sauce was offered... if you make meat correctly a sauce is not required. My perfect medium strip was out of the park... tender, juicy, flavorful, amazing. The included mashed potatoes were probably top 5 best mash I have ever had. Real mash here folks, not from a pouch... to round off my plate I had a generous portion of prosciutto wrapped asparagus that was cooked perfectly, and not soggy.
For dessert my wife selected an amazing piece of carrot cake. If you are like her and believe true carrot cake should not have fruit in it, you will be pleasantly surprised by your choice. No fruit just carrot sponge with cream cheese icing.
I had the mixed berry cheesecake with fruit. Being a bigger individual i obviously love dessert and cheesecake tops the list. For this cheesecake think of a strawberry quik flavor profile. Coupled with fresh fruit and the creaminess of the cheesecake it was quite refreshing and an amazing way to end a fabulous meal.
Perfect portion sizes, we did not leave hungry Great atmosphere. Its the small touches that bring it to life. My wife loved the purse hangers under the bar and at each table. I love the tables are whiskey barrels with a glass top. They are on the taller side so with smaller children you may want to opt for a booth.
Even with everything we ordered the bill was less than expected, plus we didn't have to waste gas going 40mins away to eat....
If you have any doubts, dont.... amazing food and great people. If you have an issue talk to the owner... he stopped by the table several times to make sure everything was ok.. act like an adult and realize mistakes happen and he will do everything in his power to right any wrongs...
If I could change anything it would be a fork with dessert instead of a spoon..

Food: The food, although cold, was good ("average"). However, the price points are unjustified by the quality of the food and the location of the restaurant. It took 30+ minutes for 2 sandwiches and fries.
Staff: We were promptly greeted by a friendly hostess and immediately seated. The wait staff seemed completely untrained...didn't know if they had unsweetened iced tea, incorrectly informed us that pizza was not served until 1:00PM, didn't know there was a buffalo chicken sandwich on the menu, asked us how to split a check with their equipment (jokingly I'm assuming). Additionally, the wait staff seemed to be preoccupied with other tasks (i.e. answering phones) instead of proactively waiting on tables. This was an hour and a half lunch!
Atmosphere: The whole restaurant seemed cheap and thrown together last minute. Not much care or attention to detail went into creating this space...I expected much more from a brand new restaurant. It appears out-dated 4 days after opening. The tables are glass tops caulked to a whiskey barrel which are too high for the accompanying chairs. The overall theme of the restaurant seemed very inconsistent...hard to put into words...sort of like a place on one of those bar/restaurant rescue shows.
COVID: Hostesses, waitresses, and bartenders wore their masks around their chins, completely exposing their noses and mouths. The pizza cook did not wear a mask at all. And the owner/manager walked around the restaurant, from table to table, with no mask at all. Some tables were less than 2-3 feet apart, max.
Summary: Overall, extremely disappointed and would highly recommend against patronizing this establishment...at least until COVID is under control. There's great potential for this place to be successful, but they have to make immediate changes. As is, I'd be surprised if this place...

Ambiance is AMAZING Food is even more so. Truly some of the best flavors I have enjoyed. Will absolutely rave, recommend, and return.
Cons:
Service from Kitchen was awful on our visit. Truly terrible timing. Party of six and entire meal from appetizer to dessert was served up to 40 minutes apart. No part of this meal was served simultaneously. Table was also poorly bussed. Had empty appetizer platter In center of table for entire meal. For the scope and reach of this restaurant this was not on brand.
Three of us ordered identical apple cobbler dessert. Presumably prepared and not made to order. Two of us received together. Third 30+ minutes later after server snapped “yes we are GETTING it” as if she was annoyed. Also relayed various times that “Kitchen is mean.” That was objectively adorable. The mama in me wanted to take our sweet waitress back and ask her to show us who was being mean! She tried so hard.
Credit cards from table were mixed up and charges made to wrong cards.
Now the final PRO
We never complained We never said a word We had nowhere to be and were enjoying each other’s company
Another staff member appeared and nicely questioned the situation, apologized, and took it upon herself to adjust our bills and assure us that this was not normal.
Anyplace and anyone can have a bad time. I suspect we caught them on an off night. Mistakes happen.
How a business handles mistakes makes all the difference.
Our waitress was young and tried so hard. She earned her 20% on the prediscounted amount. We gave her some words of encouragement on our way out. Remember, the server does not control the kitchen.
The other staff member earned kudos for assessing the situation and moving to remedy it. If she is not management - she should...
