Franks Liquors & Market — Local services in East Los Angeles

The workers are always in a bad mood or just plain rude if I'm looking around they never ask if I need help and I'm intimidated to ask , I would go in more often even recomend my friends because Franks has all the good iquor and great prices but I will never go there again been there quite a few times but very rude " owner please talk to your employees" if it's you the owner being rude please change you are loosing quite a bit of customers! Terrible terrible people, if not sell the store to people who want the business! Because apparently you think you have enough money and don't need customers ! Happy employees bring more customers I don't know how...

My god(s) this place has been here forever and a day. I remember coming here as a little kid, skating here as a teen, and still come here as an adult time to time. They have a awesome selection of craft beer (if your taste in brews is refined beyond cheap tall boys, this place won't disappoint). Great selection of basic and unique liquors behind the counter. They carry a nice selection of general needs and their mark up isn't too bad. The owner and workers here have generally been helpful and pleasant. This store has been graced by many colorful charecters, but have never had any problems here. I hope Frank's continues to be here for many more...

Unprofessional customer service. People working there are not friendly or knows how to say hello or smile or ask if we need anything.They are just on their phone being lazy and rude. Dirty store and smells funny. Probably the older man who works there. Needs to be dusted immediately.. I almost choked everytime I walk in because of the dust and it is all over the items. Not a very good area either. But overall it is the people working there who are always rude and angry. Suggestion: do not work in customer service if you can't be polite and are always pissed and are too lazy to clean your store because you are on the phone...
