Super A Foods — Local services in Montebello

I've over time stop shopping at this particular Super A Foods because the parking is terrible but have found the shopping experience inside has became just as bad.The ironic this is that it's not packed most of the time which would explain poor customer service at times,but what I've been experiencing lately in the past couple months has been pretty upsetting almost every time I shop at this Super A Foods I get ignored while I'm waiting for service in the meat Dept or completely passed over for another customer which happens to be older in appearance than I (I'm 39 but look alot younger )also I look Caucasian more than my Hispanic heritage and feel for some reason that might be a factor of why I get the service I been getting. Thought I might just be imagining things until my daughter's noticed it today when at the meat Dept I again got ignored while waiting by one lady helping another man out on the hot food side once she was done she didn't come my way or even ask if I needed help in English or Spanish so I proceeded to walk over to that side of the counter she started helping someone else out.at this point I've been standing there for a 5minutes so I proceeded to the lady on the other side but she turned to a lady that had just walked up and asked if she needed help so I waited once more so while waiting again I walked a couple of feet to get my daughter a lunchable once we we're done I looked back and the lady was throwing chicken in the trash, I had to stare at her for a minute or so till she asked if she...

I love that Super A Foods is a family-friendly place that welcomes a diverse majority of people. In my own experience, staff have always been friendly, helpful, and courteous. On a much greater scale, the selection of goods they offer, as well as their affordable sales, are a huge plus and positive aspect of Super A Foods. The only "negative" remark i would give is in regards to some of the customers that go to Super A Foods as I have seen then behave rudely to staff and made somewhat of a scene on occasion (it could be the neighborhood). We do alot of shopping here and the employees are amazing. My kid is a ball of energy and all the employees including the security guard interact with him. Lori I think is the manager, she's a sweetheart. I love the customer service. Store is over all pretty clean and usually had it fully stocked.
