Wow. Dropped off a trimmed ribeye about 18 lbs. Asked for 12 Oz cuts. No big deal. Picked up the meat text day. 36 ounces missing. Guy saus it was fat. I said I wanted that fat and all I sked for was to slice 12 ounce steak for me. Guy tells me I'll get it from the trash can for you. And I said you would do that? And he told too take my busienss elsewhere.
Has this guy never heard of people cooking in beef tallow? The guy looked at me like I was nuts bc I wanted the fat.
Allnindid was ask why there wasn't 23 as we talked about the day before (different employee/owner),
I have shopped there 3 days in row and all I ear is beef... never coming back here.
At the end of the day, I wanted 23 steak that I can decide how of the fat that was left on it, that I would trim I wanted to add to my cooking fat stash.
