When I tried this place for the first time, my friend and I had an appointment for pedicures together. We got there and they only had one tech( and we were the only two people there). So we had to wait for another one to get there, before they could help us. ( Remember we had an appointment. They knew we were coming). They offered us wine to smooth things over and they did a decent job. So, we made another appointment to go again. My friend called a week ahead to make the appointment and make sure theyād be there. The owner did not ask her name or anything, which she thought was strange. She described it as an odd, unprofessional experience. But we just assumed that he had written us in, because he had chosen the time and we planned to go. Well, I showed up for the appointment and the door was locked. Nobody was there. There was another lady waiting as well, who told me that one of the employees ( the girl who was supposed to be doing my pedi) was also there waiting ( in her car) and couldnāt get it. The owner was late and not even the employees could get in. I waited outside, in the heat, for 20 mins past my appointment time, and the guy never came to open the business. The other lady and I both ended up just leaving. What a way to do business. I will not make the mistake of going back there again. Iāve never had such an experience. The owner is a mess and so unprofessional. He obviously doesnāt care about his customers or employees. Nobody elseās...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have been going here about 3 months now & I am updating my review. I will still keep my first review below for comparison.
They are very nice when you first become a customer. I was talked into switching from acrylic to powder dip to get āhealthierā nails and was specifically told I canāt do long nails like I am used to. First, what is healthy about soaking my fingers in acetone for over an hr? Second, you can do long powder dip. They sat talked and joked about me the whole time I was there, (use your google translate) the new girl who started my pedicure sat and talked about me while she kept filing over the skin on my toes making them raw until I told her she better stop doing it. They made jokes it was taking me long to pick color & I want too āprofessional ā I will not be back because I was ready to go full Karen on all of them. I hate my nails now! The owner is two-faced! He picks & chooses when to speak, offer water etc. & the new girl is lucky I didnāt kick her in the face. My advice is use google translate! Trust me you wonāt be surprised about the nasty stuff they say!

Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe first time was semi okay, after a few days from the cheap acrylic my nails started to pop off and they were super THICK packed with acrylic. The second time I had asked for an appointment I arrived and was told I had to wait! Informed I didnāt have much time at all. Once in the chair it took wayyyy too long for the services asked for. And once I stated that i would have to come back the lady started cursing me out in her language and in English as if I didnāt understand what she was saying. Super BAD customer service if you ask me. Iād never treat someone like pregnant or NOT! itās not a lot of staff in there as well all the seats and no workers. Asked for two nails to be fixed recently was going to give them another try made an appt went there and still other customers were in my slot yet again! 3x in a row I am done !! No thank you! I will continue to use Happy Feet and Peace Nails in Mechanicsburg were they value and live their customers. Went on break and got full service with no issues was in and out. If I could give no stars I would. Oh and by the way the fumes are super strong in there as well as if the air...
