I’m giving 2 stars because of the delivery drivers. They were very inappropriate when speaking with me. I am a woman and was alone when they delivered my furniture. Both of the men were saying things to me that was making me extremely uncomfortable because I was home alone at the time. Please hire better professional delivery drivers that understand that you cannot flirt and be inappropriate with women just because you think you can. Very disturbing and I was scared and called my friend on FaceTime:/speaker while they were in my house for my protection.

I've shopped for furniture before and I know good quality furniture when I see it. I was not impressed by what they had to offer. I looked them up online, and they gave the impression that they had a nice selection of furniture from which I could choose. I got to the busuness, and it was run down, and they did not have anything they advertised online in the store. They had a bunch of poorly made product on the floor and kept trying to push it off on me despite me requesting a particular product. I didn't buy any furniture from them, but I did buy two area rugs. They are beautiful. However, they wanted to charge me $60 to deliver the rugs a mile up the road and tried to convince mel I was getting a deal. That's criminal! I won't be returning to this place. Our experience with this furniture shop has been extremely disappointing. We were promised delivery today by a representative named David with the sprayed on beard. Upon calling to confirm, we received conflicting information from two different salespeople and a delivery driver, to which both of the salesmen abruptly ended the calls when unable to resolve the issue. This lack of consistent information and unprofessional communication has resulted in significant inconvenience due to my family getting rid of the old furniture to prepare for the new furniture.
