I’m really upset with lexmod furniture. My order arrived and it was missing the base of the table. A claim was filed and was told the rest of my order would ship and it still hasn’t. I’ve been going back and forth with you guys for about two weeks. Everytime I call, someone tells me it will ship within 1 to 2 business days or next week. I have been getting the runaround. I just emailed right now and I got back an auto reply saying you guys are closed till the 13th????? What am I going to do now? It’s already hard as it is to get through to someone and now I have to wait till June 13th? I would have appreciated if someone told me this when I called earlier this week. We placed an order for a client from here on Aug 3rd, the items were in stock. After a month with no word, a partial shipment was made the 1st week in September. I called back inquiring about the rest of the order on Sep 9th and was told the item is now on backorder. 2 weeks later, it is back in stock but will take 3 weeks to ship.
