I went there to pick up some prescriptions, and cashier asked me to sign a paper.
I didn't remember signing a form before, so I asked what the signature is for.
Cashier told me it was always required, so I told her I didn't had to sign anything similar last time I was here.
After hearing that Cashier told me only reason why I didn't had to sign it was because quarantine prohibited.
I told her I got these prescription long before quarantine and I didn't had to sign anything before.
She replied that it just started this week.
She changed her answer twice in less than a minute and never explained why I need to sign the paper.
I just assumed that answer was her way of saying "I don't have time for this, just roll with it" and left the premise.
I'm guessing that signature is for requesting payment to my insurance, but she didn't really gave me a straight answer.
Do they ask you to sign a receipt like paper when you pick up a prescription?
Did you had a chance to read them all the way through?
I'm really hoping I didn't miss anything when I was reading that.
If you know what that form is for please...
Read moreI’ve been going to this cvs for 25 years, and the people who used to work here were kind and helpful. Every single time I’ve been here recently I’m met with pushback when there is a discrepancy in something priced wrong, not ringing up correctly, etc. Tonight when I went in there, I rang up a small bottle of tide that was almost 50% off. When it didn’t ring up that way, the girl I asked for help from told me I only get a sale price if I spend the money to get the extra bucks, a completely separate promotion. She then asked the manager and as I turned the corner, I saw her laughing as if me wanting the promoted sale price was ridiculous - even though she was completely wrong in not knowing what she was talking about. She then said she would give me the same price as if she was doing me a favor. After I rang up my things, I then checked the price on the cvs app and it came up as the sale price. I said to her it’s ringing up on sale on the app. She completely ignored me. So condescending and ignorant, and this goes for management here as well, any inquiries are met with annoyance. Save your time and shop at a...
Read morethe pharmacy staff treated me absolutely awful to the point where i had to file a claim with corporate just the other day. had to wait over 20 minutes in the drive through and saw 3 employees back there avoiding eye contact with me and not coming over to help or even let me know that it will be a few minutes. finally after multiple rings of the bell and even a phone call to the pharmacy that was left unanswered (it was not easy for me to just go inside since my child was in the car). when Eric S. (what a joke of a pharmacy manager) finally came to the window, he was not apologetic whatsoever or even explained why i waited so long. When i asked for an explanation, another female employee named Destiny (she actually refused to give me her name, but when i called the store afterwards, one of the managers looked back at the cameras and informed me of her name) walked up, shut the window on me as i was speaking, and locked it. then she started to record me on her cell phone so i left, which I was told by corporate is an absolute HIPAA violation. do not go here. i cannot believe what i...
