I recently had the pleasure of joining FHF through a promotional offer, and I can confidently say that it has surpassed my expectations. I haven’t joined a gym in over a decade. I was hesitant to join and start because I guess I was intimidated, didn’t think I had the time with my schedule, and just so out of shape. I’m a busy mom that also works. However, I was also tired about feeling bad about my body every summer. I met Cassandra on a hill sledding a few winters back. I kept seeing ads for FHF on social media for the new Easthampton location after for 2 years! Lol I decided to pull the trigger during a 3 month promo this past January for $49. I figured why not? If it doesn’t work out with my schedule it’s not a huge loss. Welp, it’s the best decision I made. I’ll be there as long as I’m an able body! I love the variety of classes offered, the instructors, the beautiful studio spaces, the woman who attend the classes, and Cassandra! She has created a brand in the gym industry that is like no other! It’s supportive and safe while kicking your butt. I make it work for my schedule because my quality of life has improved through exercise and FHF. I am happier, healthier, and stronger. This gym started off great, then things changed! I started at the Medford location until Eastampton opened. If you need to cancel last minute for a class you will be charged! They can cancel on you last minute and you get nothing! I paid for personal training and was given 3 different trainers because 2 left working for the owner in weeks and I lost 2 training sessions because of that. You’re forced to use the training sessions in a certain amount of time regardless of your situation! If you decided to leave the gym she will charge you an additional month after your 30 days and when you quit you are blocked from all FHF pages even when you are still a paid member for 2 more months. It sucked when I had to leave I loved the location and ladies I worked out. Just needed a more challenging gym where classes are never canceled so I get what I pay for since the membership is $100+ a month.
