East Heaven — Local services in Easthampton

I am writing a review on East Heaven in Google Reviews because the survey provided after my appointment had timed out a few hours after the survey was sent to me in an email and would like the public to know about my experience. I came in with two of my friends for a package deal of hot tubs and hot stone massages. We were scheduled for half of an hour in the hot tub starting at 8:15PM and our massages were supposed to start at 9PM. We arrived 15 minutes late and asked if we could have some extra time in the hot tubs and not get the 15 minute break in between the hot tub time and the massages, yet our bell was rung at 8:45PM giving us roughly 15 minutes in the hot tub. Denied extra time in the hot tub, we went to wait to get our massages and had to wait an extra 20 minutes !!! we waited 20 minutes after the 15 minute break between the hot tub and massage and did not stat our massages till 9:20PM. We went to get massages and one of my friends and I had the couples massage and I was told before hand that we would have a choice of a male or female massage therapist, yet when we got there we had no choice and one of the massage therapists had to be a male which we didn't want. Lastly, the massage therapists barely applied pressure to the body . This was a very bad experience to all three of us and will definitely not recommend your spa and services to anyone else. We are from NYC and I came here with my fiancee in the winter of 2012 it was our 1st time in a spa. We had a crazy extraordinary, amazing experience, so much so that when we were done we felt so loses in our mussels and joints that we had no strength, it was so difficult for us to get dressed and even to put our boots on. We were so relaxed we thought if a cop pulled us over they were going to think we were high on something so we decided to stay in the Sheraton Hotel for the night. The funny thing was our arms felt and seemed longer and we felt so lightweight for about 4 days super relaxing. We got married shortly after and traveled Europe to Venus, Paris, Santorini, Turkey, Ephesus, Israel, and Athens. I Central America, Mexico, Peru, Nicaragua, Coast Rica, and Honduras. In South America Argentina, Paraguay, Brazil. and everywhere we have been we can’t compare to East Heaven SPA. Nothing compares to our first experience, It’s now 2023 time to go back. This was the best experience I have ever had. My husband and I went for our 10 year anniversary this past weekend. I called with questions and booked with front desk. The man that helped was very accomodating and made me feel welcomed throughout call. When we arrived we called ahead to confirm entry (covid safety) and we checked in quickly and smoothly. They provide towels, so just bring comfy clothes. You can change in bathroom downstairs. We got the private rooftop hot tub and the spot was awesome. The tub temp was perfect and the 45 minutes did not feel rushed. We moved downstairs after for our separate one hour massages with Lauren. She is amazing. I don't know how we will live without this in our lives regularly now. The room was inviting and calming and the table was comfortable. The therapist communicated well and was attentive to any problem areas, while paying full individual attention to every finger and toe, and problem areas as well. It's a a few hour escape that will leave you feeling relaxed and at peace. I recommend doing the hot tub and massage package, they compliment each other. We will be back within...
