Papa George Pizza — Restaurant in Easthampton

Recently moved to town and was looking for a good pizza place. I called one day to order lunch (a week day at 12:40 pm) I ordered the chicken tenders and fries For my kids and fish and chips for myself. I was told 30 min wait time to have my order delivered. I figured it must have been a busy day because the place is only 6 minutes away from my house. After 40 min I called and the girl that answered said the driver left a few min ago and my food should arive shortly....well another 15 min and still no food...so I called back and canceled my order to have ordered such easy to prep items shortly after opening and wait an hour I was beyond upset. My husband and I were so angry about the experience that we swore off ordering from them. However I decided to give them one more chance and I ordered a pizza and french fries from them. This time my food was delivered in a timely manner and it was great! I prefer them over antonios pizza. I'm glad I gave them a second chance but that first...

Best BBQ chicken and Bacon pizza around. it's also the best buffalo chicken and bacon pizza around. Both BBQ and buffalo chicken aren't on the menu either as toppings and that's crazy to me. I suggest asking for soft crust though. They create an amazing softer crust which is a lot better then the hard crust they usually create. The harder crust on their pizzas is the only downside of that establishment. Always ask for soft crust specially if ordering a party pizza.

My last suggestions are that they add macaroni and cheese as a topping choice on their pizza and partner with Ubereats and other delivery services around because I live in Northampton and am not reachable and I think if more people could order delivery at Papa George, more people would purchase their food.

Lastly, the customer service there is excellent. They know me by name even when I call in. I've ordered there for 6+ years and the fact that I am showed respect and appreciation...

I had made a door dash order and ordered 1 pasta with sauce. When it arrived the sauce was leaking out of the. Ah an all over the ground. When I did open the pasta the sauce was over flowing.

I had asked for light sauce because I have a medical condition. I said this on my " special instructions " you can see by the photo provided that this is not light sauce.

I called the restaurant to report the issue an the manager told me that it was Door dashes issue as they never received money for the order yet they still made the food. When i told him that made absolutely no sense they told me it wasn't there fault even tho they made the food.

After speaking with the manager for a second time i was told the delivery would be over an hour wait an he did not want to drive to Northampton to replace the meal. So he gave me a credit for the food an said to call next time.

Safe to say I will not...
